Travelodge by Wyndham Lake George NY

The room was clean looking. Only half of the outlets worked. Our TV never worked despite multiple promises of repair. The bunk bed was broken. The property is very run down. The only breakfast offered was coffee from a 10 cup pot which we were told had a limit of 1 cup each. We had a telephone on the overnight table not connected to service. Wi Fi was so weak, our phone provider was used instead. Air conditioning could not cool rooms until the second day we were there. Ran them continuously Staff wearing cut offs and tank tops. No badges or uniforms One mop and one bucket used to clean all rooms. I have pictures. Fireworks were displayed in the parking lot until 4 AM On the back of the food, we found and empty information sleeve. No safety information Please call me.

Rooms are horrible and they smelled moldy. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrible almost to nothing. No signal on the TV for cable. Rooms have carpet which stinks. Would not recommend this place for any of my friends or anybody else. I will never stay at this location again.

Nasty room, looked like a pubic hair sitting on the bed before I got in it. Room smelled moldy and musty and looks like the mold was probably just painted over. Would not stay again

We went out for breakfast we did know any type of breakfast was offered and we didn't know anything about any type of wifi was offered Carpet had cigarette burn marks throughout the 2 rooms we booked the ac bearly worked in our room and pretty much didn't work in the other room. The mattresses had burn marks throughout the mattresses in both rooms. The TV'S didn't work all they said was no single. Unfortunately we were stuck in a bad situation and needed a place to stay it was in no way worth the money spent to stay here we paid over 200.00 per room

Rooms not even close to looking like they do in the pictures advertised. There was no free breakfasts as advertised. Very dissappointed.

nothing everything - the staff was unprofessional and SLOW. Had a reservation for two nights - they locked me out of the room after the first night then wanted to charge me for another night.

I got there very late and the staff was very accommodating and kind, the room was clean and neat!

Friendly staff The drive way was a little rough. Told manager about mildew on shower curtain and he was very friendly and gave it immediate attention.

While the staff was very amiable the bed bugs weren’t. The bug were bold enough for me to able to find them on my body and clothes when the lights were turned on and when I pulled back the sheets I discovered the distinctive markings of their past exploits, blood splattered throughout.

The attendant was angry because we stopped for dinner on our way to the hotel. He stated, he was waiting for us to arrive so that he could go home. I told him we'd driven for 5 hours and had decided to stop to take a break before arriving at the hotel. When we arrived at 8:15 pm, the room was ice cold. There was no heat put on inside the room in advance of our arrival. There was a thin blanket on the beds and we all had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room smelled old and musty, the beds were not comfortable, the air conditioner was old and smelly. The room was very out dated. Along with the fact that we were expected to use our dirty towels again.

We didnt go to breakfast, the room was ok, 2 queen beds and tv was good, and it was clean No hand towels, no bath mat for getting out of the shower, and i felt unsafe in the shower, bottom was slippery and no rail to hold onto, and the volume on the tv was set so we couldn’t turn it up or down, and i pre checked in like it says to make it quicker but it still took a long time to check in

The room smelled like wet dog. The door would only latch if you leaned into it hard. I am a bigger guy and I had a hard time getting it to latch. The beds were not queen size, they were double beds. Sheets seemed clean. I took a shower before bed. The bathroom seamed clean. There was good hot water. In the morning, I took a shower to start my day. As I got into the shower I noticed my feet were leaving dirt marks on the bottom of the tub. My feet got dirty just walking on the carpet.

Everything was great Mohammed was very nice. Bed could be replaced but otherwise no problems.
