Excellent staff, great location and incredible price for lake George.

close walk to beach front, fire pit was a nice touch with chairs for seating.. pool was nice on the hot days.. AC struggled to catch up, was off on arrival.. maybe hot days turn on before guest arrive.. so units don’t work so hard to keep room cool on hot days..bathrooms were very tight and small..

Jessica was bubbly and happy during check in. The playground was under repairs, the pool area was covered in grass clippings and the pool could have been skimmed. ( We still enjoyed the pool regardless)

Staff is so rude and room and location is worst. Stay away from this.

Location was perfect for our plans and the outdoor amenities were great The rooms were out of date. Furniture was damaged. We had a musty smell in our room when we checked in and Saturday evening when we came back to our room.

location and the grounds. the cleaning ladies were fabulous !! there were 3 couples staying. this was our 3rd year at the hotel. the other years were fine when i orginally booked the rooms i asked that we be near to each other. the girl at the desk was not helpful at all and put us as far away from the other 2 couples as good be. there was no need for it, since the 2 rooms next to ours were empty. will NOT stay there again

I like the location of the hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was good. The only thing was that the beds were too soft for me

Online, it said that breakfast was offered. It was NOT. All they had in the morning was juice apples, and little fig bars. That is not breakfast

Very clean room and very nice people

Overall I felt the place was not accurately advertised. I booked a king room with a bath tub and a balcony. I was placed on ground floor in a room with a shower and no balcony. I requested a change but was told there are no king beds on the second floor. I was also told breakfast was included - it was not. The playground was under construction and couldn’t be used. The pool is nice, as well as the fire pit areas. This hotel sits outside of the main attraction area that it feels a bit more private and relaxing. Only downside is that you have to drive and try to find street parking/paid parking in the actual downtown area. The room was a bit outdated and had that sort of old/musty smell to it, but the bed was one of the most comfy hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The fridge was pretty spacious for a hotel fridge. The staff was very kind and quick to assist.

The receptionist was very nice and very friendly accommodated our stay coming in late! We will definitely be staying again. Nothing!!

Établissement à 2 étapes. On entend marcher à l'étage. Problème de fausse représentation avec "Déjeuner compris". Il y seulement café, 2 types de jus et bars tendres et l'emplacement est à 1.5m du comptoir du lobby. Aucune table. La photo de la salle à manger doit provenir d'ailleurs? Grand stationnement. Endroit correct pour 1-2 dodos.

The location. Even though it said breakfast included - the breakfast items were coffee, granola bars and orange. It is not a breakfast. It needs to be improved.

Clean and comfortable The office doesn’t open until 8 to get the coffee and juice. It is a mole from downtown. Not exactly in downtown. They jack up their rates for Friday and Saturday nights.
