Bathrooms not clean. Hotel smells old and mildew. run down . Cheap mattresses . Thin pillows. No pool towels . barely any towels in bathroom . Dust hanging out of vents , peeling paint in hot tub and both pools. Pools not even painted for the season. Property needs big time help. Need more staff for sure . Will never return there unless they update the entire property with new management and staff .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Robin in the breakfast area. She was very attentive to everyone's need and kept the area clean.

Machine that keeps running out of mix . Not enough staff working anywhere . Would never come here again. worst money I ever spent and I couldn’t change hotels bc of the policy . Very misrepresented property . A bunch of flags outside the building NOT covering all nationalities is very offensive . Two German flags but no Italian flag? They are not representing the population that comes to lake George . People From all Countries come here , you should represent them all. Rugs throughout are old and dirty smelling , rooms smell like cigarettes , and I’m allergic, and pot smell everywhere . Musty smell and mildew throughout . Do not stay here

Also, the side door had no security - anyone could walk in. Having a room on ground level made me feel very uncomfortable. We did not use any of the amenities' - so I cannot comment on that. The young lady who checked us in was very nice. Our room was old looking, not even a smart TV. There was mold in the restroom ceiling which was also peeling. Crack in the paint everywhere!! Crack in restroom sink. Bed was very uncomfortable - big hump in the middle. Room looked very old, except for the flooring which was inconsistent. There were two types of flooring.

Outdoor pool ,staff very good, but the rooms need more cleaning specially the sheets and bathroom .

The hotel is not prepared for emergencies. The day we checked in there had been tornadoes in the area. There was no cable TV, the internet wasn't working very well. We went to bed that night to wake up the next morning to no power at all. There had been another issue with weather, this time knocking out power to the whole town. They have no backup generators so there was no running water or power for any of the rooms. Not ideal when the area had consecutive 90+ degree days. I had already been dealing with health issues and could not stay without knowing how long the power would be out so we decided to cancel the rest of the days left and get a portion of our money back.

This was terrible. There bugs in the bed, it smelled so bad. We did not stay. We immediately left the property, and requested a refund. I will say the staff was courteous. I do not recommend staying here.

Friendly staff. Breakfast are excellent. Clean room. Parking is included. They have a nice indoor and outdoor pool but we didnt have the chance to try it.

I loved this hotel. Room was kept very clean, staff was amazing, and pool was great. Most importantly it’s a very short drive from town.

Close to everything and good for family but breakfast isn't worth it.

The remote control didn't work properly. The staff tried to fix it, but apparently it was beyond their capacity. The beds squeak terribly. Although there was only two floors, there wasn't an elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage and other things up stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in our mid 70's, this was very inconvenient. I can't recommend a stay at this hotel.

The location was great. The bed was clean and we were given extra towels upon requesting them. Mattress was loud and seemed old. The air conditioning unit was filthy. Brought it to the attention of the front desk. It was written down but not addressed. We were given new towels the second day but the room was not cleaned and bed was not made. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were cold and the sausages were overcooked.

Really nice pools that are open til 10pm. Beds were a little uncomfortable but still a great stay
