Clean and all staff was very nice and accommodating They upcharged me for a room that was less money if I would have booked on their website

This is my favorite place to stay on Lake George!

Nothing like the pictures. No staffs to receive you, you have to call a phone number. The place is old and outdated.

The aesthetic was great but staffing was terrible. Called and asked for early check in and was told they can’t even see if possible without adding a fee. Told them I’d grab lunch and come back and still had to call and wait after 3pm to be checked in and the rules seemed a little over the top. For example, you need to wash your dishes if you use them and no towels to be used for wiping the floors and will be charged if stained. The towels were very cheap and already stained. The front office was a mess and the shower leaked. The heater didn’t work and the room was freezing. The hotel was very pretty but very uncomfortable to use anything will not stay again. Staffing and the cutting corners for budgeting

Our king studio was very nice. The only think I didn't like upon checking in although staff was friendly the front office was very less to be desired..very old looking ; lots of junk and boxes laying around behind the front desk in the room behind the front desk for guest who are checking in to see. The front desk checking area was dumpy looking & made me nervous to see our room but luckily our room was fine. The checkin area in the front desk area needs to be cleaned up big time. It's a bit of an eyesore for sure. Other than that no other complaints.

Not one single person was at this property— I was a single woman traveling alone and did not feel like this was a safe situation I did finally get ahold of the property and they told me someone was there but I took pics of packages sitting at the closed office

Great Place!! Will Stay Again!

While my fiance and I had a short stay due to some time constraints, we did enjoy ourselves. The staff left us the key in the room since we ended up arriving very late and left the little fireplace on for us. The room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub was so nice to use. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was well equipped. I just wish we had more time to stay, and we will definitely be back! Maybe some waters in the fridge would be my only complaint.
