The pool is really big, and the area to hang out at is so nice. Very spacious, surrounded by woods. The staff are extremely nice, and have the most warm and welcoming, smiling eyes, and smiles! Late night sheltered hot tub made for a steamy night! Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back. Coming from Ohio!

Huge stain on floor right when you walk in, smelled.

Pool/hot tub not in use given weather/date. We were the last customers of season, which might have given us a hint to how things would be. I had a little trouble with credit card making reservation so called the location to make sure reservation was ok and the man complained that I used Expedia and he had to pay you 15%. Then he started to tell me this and that about his son, and I tuned out. At the facility, there was a decaying deck we had to climb up to to access our unit; adjacent was a rotted out flower bed that had fallen apart in the parking and deck area. The blankets were plastic foam and smelled. I would not enter the shower. Kept my shoes on in the unit. A big disappointment but the price we paid for not knowing it was a big St. George Octoberfest weekend and everything else already booked.

The grounds were cluttered with old junk. The staircase leading up to the second floor was very rickety and unkept. The room, although wasn't bad had fruit flies/small bugs flying around.

Wonderful location, laid back vibe and a great pool, hot tub and sauna! Brad was very helpful and kind. Looking forward to my next stay!

Customer Service was fantastic Nothing not to love ❤️ ?

Smaller, quiet place a little outside the main strip. Price was great, and there was a nice hot tub and heated pool. However, the room was a little stale. We found a few small patches of mold on the toilet seat, one of the comforters had a very large brown stain, and by the end of the night both my wife and I were stuffed up with sore throats.

The pool The carpeting in the room was horrible I had to use the towels so I can walk on the floor but other than that the staff was wonderful the pool was clean

Property needs a lot of upkeep and was not worth over $200 a night. Some amenities that were listed were not functional or just not there at all - like a playground or kiddy pool. Not sure if WiFi was even available. The price of a room stated breakfast was included which consisted of donuts and coffee.

The hotel has a area in the back with grills and a few picnic tables. There's a huge fire pit nice for roasting marshmallows. There's a closed-in outside pool. There's also a hot tub. There is a big outlet area up the road, there's a few nice beaches in the area. Plenty of different family activities to do. Nice souvenir places. My family and I were able to get some cool t-shirts for $1. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat there is a mall not too far from the hotel. Overall a nice hotel and area with plenty of things to do or to just relax I didn't like the breakfast the hotel offered

I know I booked our stay last minute, but for the price I paid per night, there was no maid service and we were supposed to reuse our towels because they didn’t have enough cleaned. We were told they were out of towels for us to use at the pool and told we had to find our own. There was minimal toilet paper and we had to request more. They didn’t really clean our room as there was a large spider web under the table for our luggage and a spider in our tub. The day we were leaving we had no hot water as there was a gas leak that needed to be repaired.
-
Definitely needs a bit of updating with the decor, landscaping, and updates to the wifi. Some things were in need or repairs as well.

Staff were amazing! Very helpful! It was close to everything. To expensive for what they offer. Dirty pool, no WiFi, no microwave or coffee pot in rooms… no breakfast offered just day old donuts and mini muffins. No ice machine.

Everything very outdated. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Comforters are the same from the early 90s. When we checked in on the 4th of July (very busy holiday) we were told the pool wasn’t ready and the hot tub needed to be filled. Everything smelled “old” and mildewy, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling from water damage. No wifi besides in the office but it’s advertised as WiFi, community microwave in office but the office is locked after 9pm so if you want to heat anything at night forget it. No ice either. The gentleman had good customer service, was nice and wanted to help us I just feel like for a major holiday that is busy in Lake George they should have been more prepared. We booked ahead of time so they knew we were coming. Rooms, and bedding were clean, just OLD.
