The stay was amazing! Such a big room enough for my family of four! The room was clean and the helper at the front desk was very helpful when checking in! Definitely coming back if available!

No hot water, annoying check in/check out process, and I’m not sure that the room was cleaned before we got there. The AC works and it’s a great price to rest your head

Very nice cabin and good price. Was very spacious and had room for everything. Perfect for our visit to Great Escape.

Very nice location and very quiet. Staff was polite and well helpful. Beautiful cabins with great WiFi.

The sink hot water is reversed in the bathroom. And I did have to kill a small roach. The TV didn't work properly but I don't care cuz I don't watch it.

Technically this place was closed for our booking so I can't review the place itself. However the staff reached out to me and made sure we got a room in their other hotel down the road and it was far smoother than I thought it would be, so at the very least staff gets 10/10

Location okay. No breakfast. NO HOT WATER. Broken dirty lamp, worst place we’ve ever stayed and it was our anniversary!

Only had 1 minor issue in bathroom. When taking a shower, tub was extremely slippery. Nothing we could do but put a towel in tub to help. Said something to the young man at the desk. He did give us extra towels. Other then that this was the best hotel stay we have had in a while & we travel often for business. Decision has been made that if we go back to this area for business again, we will stay at this hotel again. We have not had another hotel that we have said that about in a very long time.

I WAS INITIALLY CONCERED, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE..GOOD STUFF. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND TEH FAMILY IS ON SITE. U WONT HAVE ANYONE AT DESK DURING NIGHT SO GET WHAT U NEED IN ADVANCE. I SURELY WOULD STAY AGAIN. IT TOOK ME A MINUTE TO FIGURE OUT THE HOTE WATER, THEN I WAS GOOD TO GO
