Location was good for our needs No towels. No remote. Maintenance was bad.

Cheap motel Ac was old room was super out dated.. hotel room lamp didn't have a light bulb.. cheap get what you pay for

It was a comfortable room but there were no blankets on our bed and we didn't discover this till we were back to the hotel at 1:00 a.m. There were also only two towels and no hand towels in our room. The drain in the sink and shower did not work very well.

easy check out process Parking was not very good got blocked in in the morning, difficult to maneuver my exit from the motel.

The location is run down. Old no one in the office most of the time. There was a sign on the door that said they were open call. When I called no one answered. The out door pool was closed until 1:30pm on a Saturday Sunday it was closed also. Not worth the stay I suggest paying more for better service. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival the refrigerator smelled bad. There was a smell in the room. The carpets are dirty. The play area outside is also old. The place is run down. Old not kept up to date.

Being close to our planned events. The bed was hard. Shower was small and had bugs in it as well as the bathroom floor.blanket was thin and well worn with a huge hole in it.the staff wasn't there at the front desk.they had to be called to come in from wherever they were outside the property.ittook ten plus minutes for someone to come do our checkin.

The room was very clean and staff was great The bed was very uncomfortable and dated

Quiet Beds are old are uncomfortable. If they changed them id go back.

They extended my stay, and when the staff was available they were friendly, they told me if I would like to extend my stay to let them know in a couple of days , but it as 3-4 days before anyone was n the office The bedding was full of holes and the a/c didn’t work that great, we ended up going out and buying a fan just to keep cool while we were there

Pricing, Great area and jacuzzi Tv didn’t work ,ants (3) were on the bed I couldn’t get back to sleep after that, office didn’t open until well after 9am couldn’t reach staff… room smelt bad from damp carpet

I loved the staff. I enjoyed the ease and comfort of my room. I’m very grateful for the pricing.

I reserved this room for2 days but left after the first night The room was extremely dirty. There was feces on the toilet seat and dust and dirt on the walls and floor. We had to sleep in our clothes the first night because there was blood on the sheets

Environment Need stove

The price was why we chose it. A/C worked great in room. The room could have been cleaner, it stank of smoke even though it says non-smoking property. Lock and fixtures were broken, outside light was out. No extra blankets in room. But I recognize too that could be staffing shortages. So for price we were satisfied.

Room for singles aren’t too bad. I did like the indoor pool and sauna. The outdoor space is decent to walk around. Seems like a playground needs an upgrade. Toilet seat needs a small fixing. Parking in the back area is complicated to say, but it’s okay, tight passing though.

The room was very dirty. The floors were never mopped and turned our feet black within the first few steps in our room. The first time we were given a dirty room with unmade beds and someone else's mess it was not cleaned up. I had to ask for a new room. The outdoor hot tub was broken. No coffee maker in the room and none offered by the property See, outdoor pool was nice, and it was heated

The property itself outside of the room was okay. Nobody in the office. Vending machine didn’t work. Nobody in the office at 8am. Spiders and bugs in the room. Random car in the parking lot; very suspicious. AC barely pumped any air out. 2 adults stayed and only 2 towels in the room and was unable to get more at 8am bc the office was locked. Room was not as clean or as nice as the pictures online showed. Also no furniture in the room as the pictures online showed. Pool was not open for use as it stated it was.
