I liked the property next to the London Bridge and shops. Property and rooms were very clean. the pool was the only thing that could use a good scrubbing on the bottom.It was a bit murky and various debris on the bottom of the pool.

Cleanliness and hotel staff. Hotel was very clean. The room was also very clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. Convenience right off the main road easy available parking multiple entries to the hotel.

It was clean and close to good restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was perfect size. We accidentally left our copper bottles in the refrigerator. We called an hour after we left and management said the maids probably through them away. Anything left in the refrigerator was always thrown away. I said, these are expensive copper water bottle, not food. She didn’t seem to care or offer compensation.

The hotel is in a perfect location at the lakeside, beside the famous London Bridge and related amenities. The hotel was excellent overall, spotless room, excellent breakfast and super staff. The only issue was our room ac unit being a bit noisy, probably due to the extremely hot weather.
