I asked for the bed linen to be change and they only went to do the bed and did not change the bed sheets.

This is our go-to hotel when in Havasu. Hotel and rooms are really clean, staff is friendly/helpful and breakfast is great!

Normally one of the better places to stay in LHC. However, this trip the spa was down the entire week, the breakfasts were the same every day and, one of the nicer benefits for summer guests - the huge ice machine to fill ice chests is no longer offered.

Lake Havasu Hampton Inn has very convenient location close to the London Bridge area, near restaurants and Colorado river. The room was clean and comfortable, with microwave, refrigerator, and television with good channel selections. But was really nice were the very friendly staff (front desk, bar and service members). This Hampton also had incredible breakfast selections located in roomy eating area. The pool was large, clean with plenty tables/chairs to relax.

Well… we did get a different room but only to find out that the toilet handle was really loose and didn’t flush. I laughed for a minute and instead of bothering Rhonda again.. just decided to take the toilet tank lid off and see what the deal was. Tighten the loose screw bolt that holds the handle on and it was fixed. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and all you can drink coffee and tea. Lobby bar is only open Friday and Saturday. The pool is nice and clean plus you have a view of the lake too.

Near where we wanted to be Facility is worn and old. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. It needs a remodel. The elevators were not air conditioned, so it was like a sauna in there.
