Location is good, dog friendly, good value. Rooms are quite small and older. Breakfast not what I expected. Definitely continental and minimal. Not like other Wyndham properties.

It don’t look the best on the outside but it is a great place to stay. To be honest I would rather stay there than pay a ridiculous amount of money to stay at a fancy over priced hotel.

This is a $25.00 quality night Motel, the pictures are definitely from a Previous Ownership. This facility Wreaks of Cigarettes Oder, including the bedding and towels. It’s Definitely ran By Poor Third World Country Standards, the Odor of Curry and Cigarettes are Horrible… Roadway Inn, Days Inn, Sway Inn and Lakeside Inn are all the same Poor Quality!!! It seems like all the Wyndom Hotels are all in Poor condition in Lake Havasu…

The location to the lake There were bugs and when we first got our room, there was someone laying on the bed. I thought we had the wrong room at first, but it was a worker taking a nap!

Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms a little dated but good value for money. Staff was super friendly.

not completely blaming anyone here but we assumed few things when we saw the listing was from Windham/Super8 (had good exp from our CA trips) but thats where it went wrong in lake havasu.

Did a quick overnight on a road trip. Did not use any amenities. Breakfast was less than average. Carpeting in room was sticky. Bed okay. Toilet area cramped. However everything we needed worked.
