I was placed on the second floor, and it was too hot, given it was 114 outside and on the west side where the sun hits. The air conditioning was not working well, so the manager moved me to the first floor, where the air conditioning was working. I appreciated this gesture; thank you!

The mini fridge didn't keep my food cool. Had to throw it out. The staff was family oriented and very informative, polite and helpful.

I have stayed here a couple times and usually don’t have a problem. This last time the room I stayed in still had the previous tenants food in the fridge.The tiles in the bathroom walls were missing and just did not look very well taken care of. I called down to the front desk, they did offer to switch my room. I didn’t feel that was necessary, however apparently they came in my room the next day they left towels, didn’t make the bed (which again was ok, I never asked for room service) the problem was they left all the old food on the counter and didn’t bother to take it.

It was dirty overall. Receptionist gets mad for everything, even if you ask questions or want copy of receipts.

Check in person was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. He was bothered by having to help checkin. Was upset that I booked through expedia and said he doesn't have to honor an expedia booking because "expedia is not here, I am ".
