It was just a mediocre place

The room is very dated; but it was ok for a couple of nights. The staff was nice and the AC worked well. Free parking is also a plus.

The room looked clean when I arrived, after bringing my bags in the room smelled of urine. I couldn't tell where it was coming from but it was around the bed. The manager at the front desk had zero hospitality after I checked out I asked for a receipt because it is a business expense, after arguing with the manager for a receipt he finally gave me one and told me to never stay at his motel again.

Didn't even ever check-in properly. Went to the room and there were bugs crawling around; looked like someone had died there. Pool was empty with no water. Complained, and will receive a refund. Owner wasn't too concerned since it was 4th of July weekend and he was confident someone else would book the room.
