We were not allowed to stay!!! Their policy is that NO locals can use their facility. We were already charged by Expedia. It was insulting. Will not use them ever and still have not received a refund. From Expedia. Will not book with Expedia either. What a sad situation

When we overnight in Havasu we always stay at Island Suites. The front desk staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Our rooms have been very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is nice and the coffee is good and hot.☕️

Reviews are not accurate. Worst place I've stayed in since I was young a d broke. Worst than Motel 6. Employees were not friendly and helpful at all.

The biggest draw back was the intrusive personal questions about what disability I have in order to have a service dog. I didn't feel like giving a answer that encompasses my right as a service dog owner not to share my personal medical information. And just wanted to process to be over. This felt very violating to my personal rights. I suggust for the company to comply with federal laws when it comes to asking questions in regards to service dogs and their owners. Other than that the room are very spaces breakfast is do able. It was a nice stay.

The property is less than 10 minutes from the lake. Plenty to eat around there. The hotel staff were friendly, and helpful. Room was clean. Location was quite. We would stay here again.

Great price, great service, great location. The rooms were surprisingly very nice and clean with a little kitchen, living room and bedroom. Basic breakfast with cereal, pancakes, fruit and pastrys but for the price and location it was perfect.
