Staff were pleasant, helpful and responsive. Breakfasts were quite nice and coffee pots were always full. Parking was ample. I recommend on the whole - just a few items to improve

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotel was in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having breakfast and easy parking available. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good experience.

Second time staying at this location and the family likes how clean it is. This time we booked two room and my mother in law took advantage of the free breakfast, she went all 3 mornings. I appreciate the free parking. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again if we visit Havasu again.

The hotel is brand new. Room has space. Very tasty croissants on breakfast. Nice fitness room. Mattresses are soft. I slept on a small sofa, it was harder. Location looks like in a middle of nowhere: construction around, there is nothing to look beautiful for eyes.

The breakfast was like any other continental breakfast. I did like having the "store" in the lobby. It helped to not be required to leave the hotel to eat something. We were only there for the weekend but would definitely go back

Great location loved that they had bored games available as well as printed coloring pages with colors.The room were spacious and had wood / laminate flooring great since it’s right next to the lake

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Kimberly, who was working last night. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her outstanding customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot! Close to the water but tucked away from all the noise and business. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and it was surprisingly quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

Stopped for a quick overnight. Comfortable clean. Well maintained. Ate a good breakfast and checked out. Great place to stay.

This hotel has a great, welcoming vibe. We loved the lobby’s style and decor. Continental breakfast had many options and very tasty. And the room was huge, with a nice kitchenette, so much storage and counter space. Highly recommend, best hotel in Havasu!

Very convenient and close to the lake The rooms were not very clean. The floor was dirty, had to change 3 pairs of socks. It would be easy to clean the floor with a wet cloth or something. The sheets had stains on them in few different places and someone’s hair .
