We love it here. Never staying anywhere else when in Havasu.

My ac didn’t work neither did my fridge. We had to move rooms after waiting 3 hours. It was 120 when we moved rooms and horrible! The new rooms fridge didn’t work and the pull out couches mattress was so old that the springs from the couch were stabbing my kids in the back. I had to go to the store at night to grab blow up mattress for my kids. The beach area was 80% full with a new water park that’s only for kids and $20 an hour. They charged me $200 more than what my reservation was and can’t give me an explanation as to why. Absolutely horrible!

A very nice hotel. I e used it as our stop off between the Grand Canyon and LA and it was lovely to be able to relax in the very nice pool. All the facilities were great and very helpful staff

Love the pool and lake The cove side rooms are in disrepair and need to be updated the shower is way to small and had what looked like black mold , walls are cracked on the cove side.compared to the beach side rooms.

I've always enjoyed this property coming here many Years . I invited a few relatives and they had issues with reservations not ready given rooms that were not booked. Poor quality rooms were given. We plan this trip every Year travel from Los Angeles. Please make sure bookings are taken care of properly.

i liked the location and access to the beach. I liked the infinity edge pool. the front desk staff and housekeeper were friendly. the musty smell inside the room, the lighting (too dark) showers were too small, no cold water, cleanliness of the room was very poorly done, room was small as well. no hangers but it had a hanging rod, A/C air was humid and not cold enough.

Room was outdated and filthy. When we went to use the pool it was full of a community group that was not staying at the hotel, making it crowded for guests to use. The hotel charged me for pool towels I returned.

Location The distance from boat launch to truck and and trailer parking, my room wasn't the cleanest they had no wash rags we had no cold water
