Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Walked in and walked out.. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Absolutely disgusting..

Needs to clean all the time they allow pets and it smells like dog and cat pee in some areas but overall it was nice people and staff were nice and helpful

I’ll sum this review by saying this. The elevator smelled like barf when we got there. Followed by having dog poop smeared in it the following day. However room was fine. Good enough to sleep in.

Liked the size of room with kitchen facilities, big fridge. But, TV did not work, brought us another one next day. Bathroom ok except for flakey tub bottom, hole in wall, bath faucets not very secure to wall, a live centipede crawling on floor. Bed was good. Have some kind of metal skirting that bangs when your foot hits it. Pool nice and clean. Room newly remodeled but not bathroom. No food served. Get ice from front desk. Location is great, near beach. When I showed staff bathroom, acknowled not good but that they are working on it. For $75 a night was good. Would inspect the room first if we stay there again.

Old hotel filthy carpet no ice makers coffee maker was broken bathroom sink faucet leaks all over the counter your room key never works have to constantly go back to front desk and have your card key re programmed.

It was great for the price. Stayed on 2 2nd floor where it was renovated supposedly. Not the best but it was fine. Everything worked . Staff was super nice. Close to the lake and bridge.

The front desk was pleasant and friendly let me know that the floor I was staying on had a Oder and that they would move us. After being in the room for about an hour we moved hotels.

We changed and went out for the evening. When we got back, the front desk clerk was manning the desk with no shirt on and just gave us a head nod as if everything was all good. I know it was hot, but come on-- a little professionalism, guys. However, given what we saw and heard during check-in, this was pretty much on-brand for the hotel. Other highlights: - There was a pretty bad smell in the hallways, which made sense when you could see how stained all the carpets were - Our room had exactly 2 towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. - Room cleaning is an optional service - No clean towels were available at all the next day-- no clean towels....in the entire hotel In summary, I think you can gather this was a pretty bad experience. If you're going to stay here, make sure to spend as little time at this hotel as you can-- and bring your own towels!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit skeptical of the property. However upon arrival everything went so smooth and the front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious and included a full size fridge, induction stove and even a dishwasher. We had a relaxing evening in our room enjoying the AC as it was 120 degrees outside.

If you are looking for a bed and are not concerned about the quality of the room then this place will suffice. If you are looking for something that meets cleanliness standards of most people, then this is probably not your spot.

Arrived to our rooms to discover one other had no towels. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told I could wash my towels in the laundry room. I again explained that the room had no towels...not even dirty towels! He said he was locked out of housekeeping and I could check back in the morning. When I returned the next morning. Still no towels. Ended up buying towels and washcloths at Walmart.

A musty/not clean smell in the lobby and hallway to the rooms. So glad I had a travel room spray. Very thin walls between rooms. Could hear conversations both nights.

Spacious room, tv didn’t work that well, needs better window coverings. Vertical blinds were broken. But everything else was nice. Very good value. Will stay here again

Room wasn’t really clean there was hair, trash, and even a dead moth.. Staff were all nice. The room said it would come with a microwave but sadly didn’t.

I’ve been coming to this hotels for the last 4-5 yrs and this last time I was in shock…! Did they change ownership or something? Because it wasn’t this bad in my previous visit, the whole hotel smells like urine, the carpet was dirty, doors were broken, I had to request a room change cuz the door didn’t close
