The room was very dirty, floor pieces loose, bathrooms were dirty and unkept.

Pool was green and they were taking water out of it. The rooms were nasty. We did not stay there at all and Expedia you guys are no help to me. Did not help me out at all. I will never use you again. You stole my money and made my trip terrible

Pool was broken, that wasn’t on the website when I booked, the ice machine next to our room also broke. Let me be clear it was 122 degrees when we checked it. The breakfast was terrible, hardly a selection. The room was awful, we had to shower with the light off because of how loud and squeaky the fan was. The pillows they provide are equivalent to couch throw pillows. Such a horrible experience.

We come to this place because it is a good value for your money and we love the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed all weekend for maintenance. I wish they would have notified the guests of the closure.

We stayed in this hotel a few years back and it has definitely gone down hill since. The breakfast was definitely minimal and on Sunday we went in at 8:30 and practically everything was gone and the drink dispenser wasn't even working either. I understand if it was short staffing or something but when we walked by the kitchen area there was 3 employees just standing around talking. The room was clean for the most part but the tissue box was empty, there was only 1 half roll of toilet paper and the door was hard to open. The pool was down for maintenance but we weren't notified when booking which was a bummer since it was the middle of a heat wave when we went. In all we probably won't be staying again. I understand you get what you pay for but they weren't even the cheapest option there at over $100 a night.

This stay was the worst iv ever had. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was not clean or sanitary, and I did bring that up to staff their response was sorry but we are booked and I cant switch your room. They didnt even offer to clean the room.. breakfast had milk with yesterday's date for expired. The eggs were not cooked properly they were still very runny. I would never stay here again

The pictures look nice, but the property was nowhere near as nice as the pictures showed. When we checked in, they gave us a key to our room and when we walked in the room, other people’s stuff was in there and when we went back to tell them, they said “oh we thought that might happen”. At that point, we lost all confidence in our stuff being safe there. The breakfast was not good, nothing restocked and 20 minute wait for one waffle maker. On top of that, the lady working in there was rude to us and others and to her fellow employee. It wasn’t a great stay and would never stay here again.

pool was closed for most of the weekend

The front desk staff need to have access to blankets and other items that guests may need at or near the front desk. We arrived late and the pull out sofa did not have a comforter. We were told that the person on staff had to wait for someone to respond to him to get access to the room with the comforters. The floor in the bedrooms was dirty. The breakfast was ok. The parking lot was cracked and the lady cleaning the pool filter in the morning had the green water filling up the parking lot where we parked.

The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast gentleman was helpful, but very overwhelmed as it was just him on Sunday morning. The pool was green and falling apart. The suite floors were horribly dirty and the bathroom had pubic hairs all over the shower. Will not be staying here again.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. When we arrived, the room was dirty; the sheets clearly hadn't been washed—they had dirt stains on them, as if someone had stepped on them with their shoes. The bathroom was awful, with a dirty sink and the oldest towels imaginable. The photos posted online must be from when the place was first built, because they bear no resemblance to reality. On top of that, they hit you with an extra charge when you check out—something they never mention beforehand. The pool is horrible; it is in such bad shape that parts of it are actually crumbling. The parking lot is full of potholes; the whole place is in terrible condition. I wouldn't stay there again.
