Clean & staff are pleasant. The room has all u need for a few days. The pool was also nice but not clean.Overall it was nice.

Found hair in the bed, in the shower and also on the "clean" towels. Noticed if you walk around barefoot in the room your feet will look like you have been walking outside barefoot. The staff is very friendly and plenty of parking.

Parking lot full and key didn’t work in side door so I always had to walk through front lobby and then take elevator up to floor. Vs being able to walk the stairs and go to my room through side door which would have been easier

Staff were friendly and helpful Distance from town. Much further than expected so I had to change to a hotel closer to ICC

We loved that the air conditioner was already on and the room was just the right temperature. We ended up having to do a load of laundry and found out that laundry services were free, and that was mindblowing in itself. The staff was very informative and pleasant. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will DEFINITELY be returning. We have plans to stay at least once a month from here on out. We left very happy. There was nothing we didnt like about your establishment.

This place is run down, has a terrible smell they try to mask. There was a roach in the bathroom, hair just everywhere embedded in every towel, hair or pubic hair, hair in the shower, on the side table

The room was great! Have zero complaints, kitchen amenities were wonderful and very useful, bedding and pillows were wonderful as well!

Good basic hotel. Clean Any potential to rate higher lost by smarmy desk clerk on check in. After 1 pm so all tierd but his atrocious hand writing and patronizing explanation of hotel key numbering system when all i wanted was a legable room. Number tubed this place for me. Definitely going to La Quinta next door next trip.

Would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly, rooms fully stocked and other items were available upon request. Coffee 24/7, pool was heated, tons o f parking and located to shopping, food and beaches. The staff gave us so much information on things to do from tubing to breakfast. The pool was clean and heated, grill and grill area was clean and open for any one wanting to use it. Very nice property

The hotel is brand new. Very clean. The only two issues. 1) The drain of the drained very slow. 2) They normally have a hot breakfast but they didn’t. They told another guest that the person who serves the hot food called out. Otherwise the hotel and rooms are 4.5 stars. Minus .5 for the breakfast.
