The room was clean but the room had no air conditioning and the light switch turned off and on the microwave, we had a swap cooler and a fan in the room spiderwebs on the stairs to the room and a lot of pollen on the path to the room the door of my room had pigeon poo.

I didn’t hate staying there. I do think it was overpriced.

The price was fair. Stay was pretty good. Staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. He even gave us tickets to a Private beach. Overall this wasn’t a bad place and will definitely come back and stay again. Everything was a walking distant. Definitely put in my steps. I didn’t need a fancy room, I was rarely in the room any ways. Unfortunately the room I had, the AC wasn’t working. So it was a little warm in there. Other than that it was decent a fan was provided to help. Area was kinda dark at night.

The property did not have any air conditioning, and it was 84 degrees inside. The thermostat worked, but not sure what it controlled, as there was no air conditioner or fan in the room

No water in pool, no soap, shampoo. No make up the room or towels, lost internet during the stay. The office guy still has not returned $150 they said was a hold in case of damage. Reported to my bank that started criminal process against any and all! Nothing!

Room was clean. There is no air conditioning or it doesn't work. Bed was fine. There is no breakfast. It's fine property to stay one night but has bare minimum facilities.

We booked The Ambassador through Expedia and had a great experience. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well kept. It made our stay in Lake Tahoe relaxing and easy. The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place during your trip. Everything was walking distance

We got charged an extra $76 of fees!!! Without any explanation. The room was also very loud because the heater makes noises when it’s operating.

great location, very friendly there was a kitchen but things were missing so not really useful

parking is NOT free! I was charged a ridiculous $62.00 for one 1 night.

the room were clean and spiciest. it seemed the bathrooms were not set up for tall people. I am 5.2 and was able to shower ok but my partner was a bit unconfutable due to this. Also the heater was a problem at night it got to hot and all we where told to do was to leave a window open witch it not so great since it right next to the bed.

There was too much noise in the room; vibrations and many noises could be heard.

Not appreciate room temperature, regulation is not possible.

No towels available in room besides the one under the heater in the bathroom. No real bathroom vent. Bathroom door would not close we had to force it closed.

Cheap spot. I wasn't expecting much, a warm bed. This was my email to them. You make your own judgement. Good morning. We booked a room at this hotel 2/7/26. Room 102. While the place was clean, and a comfortable room which we thought we would stay at again. The night held a different story. An intermittent loud noise like someone dropping a deadweight was horrible throughout the night. We could hear the conversation starting at 5 am in the room next door as if they were in our room. The noises against the wall from the loud boom and the lack of insulation created a very horrible nights sleep. It was a huge disappointment and I am requesting a refund for our stay. If there was a way to cancel that $65 resort fee at checkout I would have. Thank you for your time. Their response. Your room was not charged a resort fee and refund is not given at check out. We do not receive such complaint about next door room noise or other normal building noise from any of our guest.
