A/c was a cheap window unit put into a wall it ran all night but didnt cool. beds were worn out with a big pit in the middle from age.very outdated motel. I definitely would not stay there again

It doesn’t look what I expected.

Place needs to be renovated. Very old and needs to be updated. Dirty room, missing baseboards and door casing. Holes in the wall. Fridge on the floor with a microwave on top of it.

Our room smelled entirely of raid because they sprayed around the area. There were leftover food items in the drawers. They provided towels that look like they were extremely old and they weren’t even hotel towels like they were just pool towels, but super old. The bathroom door literally fell off the hinges and we couldn’t even move our bathroom door and we did inform the front office, but they didn’t make it a priority to fix it. It was not worth the money and I would definitely not stay here again nor recommend it. The front office was also very rude and not helpful. We were told we were getting a microwave and we didn’t have one. And that’s something we needed. There wasn’t much lighting in the room, and there was a random strip of lights that didn’t make sense why I was there. And the refrigerator was extremely old and gross. I’m truly not one to complain, but this has definitely been one of my worst experiences and if I could get a full refund, I would definitely request it.

Nice stay just wish shower pressure was a little stronger.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. BLOOD ON SHEETS, MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, NO TOWELS, URIN ON THE WALL. THIS FACILITY GARBAGE.

I would rather sleep by the sidewalk to be honest it would be cleaner

Place is a bit older, but the location is close to everything. Casinos, restaurants, shopping and the Lake. Everything is walking distance which is great. Plenty of parking. Pool and hot tub is at Alpine hotel right next door. If you plan on going to the Lake, make sure you get your passes at the office so you don't pay $30 a person to get past the gate at the Lake.

Loved the location The place was rundown for what they charged. Basically paying for location. But if they put some money into it, like paint and update it, they could charge more during slow season and people would want to come back since the location is so good.

Please don’t stay here!!!! The worst experience ever! The hotel rooms are nasty and hazardous!! (we find blood stains in our sheets, bathrooms and walls, human fluids everywhere!, Trash on a few areas of the room, and smells like human pee and cigarettes!! and i can’t even talk about the bathroom!! furniture was broken or not working, incluiding the shower! toilet dirty, yes imagine the worst!) The staff wasn’t helpful at all, they basically told me that it was an economy hotel so i should not expect much! I contact expedia customer service hoping to get a better response to the situation but they didn’t help neither! (And i told them that i documented everything, i have pictures and videos of the entire room!) We ended up sleeping in the car both nights because we didn’t feel safe sleeping in those nasty beds! Not with my kids!! (Believe me! It was so unsanitary that we didn't want to touch anything in the room!!) We couldn’t cancel the hotel or get a refund, not even for one of the nights, and everything was sold out or super expensive so we didn’t have a choice! The hotel didn’t help, and neither Expedia!! (worst experience with Expedia too!) So please, get away from this hotel!!!!!

Awful experience. Dirty room amd bathroom. Stains EVERYWHERE. Wet towels, dirty sink and toilet, used toiletries, dirty carpets. The owner closed the office and left when we said we couldn't stay there. The family next door was also leaving due to very poor conditions. Hotels.com refused a refund.

I was very disappointed with my room from the pictures on the Expedia app to literally what I got there was no comparison I was totally misled. The room was a dump. There wasn’t even a lamp in the room. It was filthy. The bed was horrible. There were no amenities at all. I couldn’t even get a washcloth. They didn’t have any. I doubt I will ever reserve a room through Expedia again after this experience. The pool and hot tub that were represented in the app you had to share with another motel not to mention the hot tub was literally. It was not a hot tub. It was a pool of water that was 1 foot deep one and a half at most all the way through and just with water hot water circulating through it. Expedia totally misled me in their app with this room.

Friendly staff, dog friendly, good location.

Our room was not clean with stains on the walls and bedding. When we walked in there was a giant dead moth rotted to the wall and bubble gun stuck to the baseboard. One of our beds was missing the sheet. There was one tiny desk lamp left to light up the entire room. The other lamp was stuffed in the corner broken on the ground. To top is all off the shower broke so we were unable to shower and the bath tub was stuck part way on all weekend. We were told to "Just leave it". There was zero housekeeping to do our room and if you wanted to go to the office or want basic amenities like an ice machine you have to walk to their other "properties". I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for $200 a night! Yes it is a good location, but for the price you would at least expect basic cleanliness and room function. Absolutely unbelievable! Put a bigger damper on our trip, I regret booking this place.

Perfect location and discounted beach access Old, dirty smell bad

La propiedad es vieja y hay polvo por todo el lugar. La limpieza es deficiente y cuando pides más toallas te dicen que pongas a secar las que ya usaste!!!! No nos avisaron antes de la estadía que habría un concierto de country el cual quedó justo al frente y no dejó dormir hasta las 3 am. Pésimo!!! No lo recomiendo !

The lighting in the rooms were misplaced and the towels didn’t really help when drying odd. However, those minor inconveniences didn’t affect our overall stay.

Close to the beach Bad, not clean, sticky floors, damaged and unclean sheets

No towels and when did ask for towels, the manager looked at me like, you need to dry off? No remote for tv, it was just a bad experience. Rooms are ugly, didn't even want to sit on bed.
