The beds were awful, they were super soft and we sunk in them. We couldn’t sleep well and we had bad backs in mornings. The shower knob was loose, the hot water took lot longer. Shower curtain was torn. It was lot expensive compared to the rooms we got. They were charged like 3 star hotels but the rooms were not even 1 star. Expedia your quality check failed. You should not list this hotel, or should list it at a very lowest possible price.

It was much for me to complain but I feel like it’s a courtesy for things to as least be wasted and clean.

It was the near the lake and shops There were no screens on the windows, no one cleaning the rooms during stay, no refills on supplies in rooms, staff not being available and not at the hotel, rooms were kinda dirty

No carpet in the room. A little fridge was useful. Parking was free. Proximity to the lake Tahoe is good, one can simply walk to the beach. Old motel with basic maintenance efforts.

No charge However charged 75 dollars now have to call credit card.Desk person says no we did not, however it’s on active list . No toilet paper Some man banged on door at 10:50am Telling me I had to leave now. I was getting my luggage together He waited until I had everything out This was scary , saying if I stay one minute after 11 he was going to charge me another day. The fellow was very tall and scary .

The guy at the front desk is not very helpful. Otherwise it's a decent property but old. Rooms are OK and parking is challenging.

Great location The room wasn’t what I would say is worth $200 a night. Toilet was so small like a kid size. Walls had some places that had been repaired poorly. Window had no screen and bathroom window broken so hard to open and shut. Curtains so long it covered the air conditioner so couldn’t cool room down.

I definitely WONT BOOK HERE AGAIN. I was put in the smallest possible room with my king bed. There was NO SOAP in the room and NO SHOWER HEAD. Not happy what so ever!

The toilet was not cleaned and the light in the restroom didn’t work for the entire stay even though i let them know and reminding them.

Bed was comfortable and there was a hottub. Pet friendly. No breakfast

We booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 because of very scary experience. Multiple people banging our door and ask us to open door at 2am!!! The next morning we check our car there’s one dollar stashed between the wiper and wind shield? Very unsafe place.
