No working remote control, and there were pest in the room.

Nothing Room was terrible

If they had one, I never saw it. I wouldn't have eaten it if there was one. Everything !! Rooms were very dirty. No doors to bathroom. Broken furniture. Microwave setting on bathroom vanity. No bedside lamp. No clock. Everything was filthy.

The people who worked the desk were polite. The room was gross. It was dirty. There was some sort of oil on the top sheet (too thin to be called a comforter) and burn holes. The nightstand looked like it had a thousand cigerets put out on it. There are too many things to describe. Look at the pictures I've attached. I've stayed at America's Best before, I know it is a low end chain, but was the worst hotel room I've ever had and I've traveled to S America, Asia, and Africa.

I will be disputing this with my bank. The entire hotel

Nothing Everything. Old and out of date. Bad area of town. Rooms have no phones or trash cans. Had to push the dresser against the door to feel safe for the night.

Everything, dirty, roaches, bed bugs, burn holes in all the bedding, doors broken kicked in, locks on the doors did not work, no chain lach for doors all broken off, filthy dirty, loud, derug addicts every where, some one tried to break into my car sever

The staff were kind. There was a cockroach in the room and the shower had not been cleaned when I arrived.

The location was not bad The rooms weren't all that clean & the heater didn't work after changing to 2-3 different rooms. I asked for a refund & yet still waiting on the Manager to refund my money after leaving to go somewhere else.

Nothing, if I could give it a 0 I would Toilet was broken, mirror over sink off wall sitting on sink, remote busted, light bulbs in lights missing, paint badly damaged everywhere, chair stained badly, carpet dirty, stopped in sink busted, ac power cord hanging out of wall sitting on floor

It was run down no ac in very bad part of town Nothing to like at all

Nice location I booked a smoke free room but the room smelled like a tobacco factory it was stains everywhere and I was scared to sleep in the bed because it appeared it may have bed bugs

Absolutely nothing I got walked inside the door the door got jammed from the inside and the chain went slide back to the other side or open I got locked inside the room for more than 12 hours before somebody could come and let me out this is a whole security issue fire issue
