The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy. However, it calms down and gets quiet. F.Y.I.- monitor your credit card, since mistakes can happen. Though Angiette was wonderful and took care of it quickly.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. First off, the location is phenomenal—you literally step outside and you're right in the heart of it all. But the real highlight is always the excellent service. The team here is amazing and genuinely cares about their guests. Can’t thank them enough for a great stay!

Great location, friendly staff very comfortable rooms. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in our room for a morning coffee. I don’t like to have to valet my car. Although everybody was very friendly, I wish that the ability to self park.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Terrace hotel. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the staff is amazing, and it is close to many restaurants and bars in Lakeland. Parking is on site which is very convenient.
