Beautiful building, very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Clean rooms, Showers were well kept and good water pressure. We only stayed one night, but would definitely go back.

This was my first trip to Lakeland, Florida and I had no idea where to stay. Everyone at the property was GREAT!! The room was clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Terrace. The staff is extraordinary and the rooms are always well maintained. The hotel is close to everything that downtown Lakeland has to offer.

The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc.

Staff very friendly, Clean and pretty rooms, great location Parking on site does not have many spaces, but there is a parking garage acrosss the street

I really enjoyed my stay at the Terrace Hotel in Lakeland. It is centrally located downtown next to Munn Park. There is plenty to do at this location. The restaurants are excellent especially Harry's. The staff including Rose and Jami are very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was good with everything I need. The gym is important to me and most hotels just don't cut it. I go to Lakeland every Labor Day is the Terrace Hotel is my GO TO spot to stay. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

Upgrading amenities like HOT water is still continuing at The Terrace. The ambiance in the evening is terrific on the Wkend with great music in the bar area w/ a tremendous piano player and crowd pleasing tunes...

The parking was free at the attached lot. And the area around the hotel was walkable and beautiful. Lake mirror is right across the street and has a sidewalk all the way around it. Really lovely visit here. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

The staff service and hotel was excellent. Unfortunately around 2am there was kids running in the hallways screaming for what seemed like 5-10 mins simultaneously the room next door a woman was heard moaning from 2-3am with intermittent stops. While the hotel has no control of this behavior my chances of staying here again are pretty slim. I felt like I was in a motel6. Luckily my son didn’t wake up to hear any of that. I’ve never experienced anything like this in a reputable hotel.
