The rooms were in exceptions order and clean. There

Staff, decor There were roaches in my room. I let the front desk clerk know and his only response was, "I'm sorry to hear that."

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, a quiet bar at the lobby in a quite location close to the down time historic area.

Breakfast was fantastic several options throughout our stay. The staff was amazing. There was a young lady at front desk early in morning Latin descent that was so knowledgeable, professional and so kind!!!! She helped us several times!!! Thank you!!!!! She worked all weekend Sept 10-13. We were amazed at cleanliness and even your housekeepers were so pleasant when they were trying to work with one elevator between us and them.

Brilliant location to downtown and the outside pool. Additional the rooms are spacious and the breakfast good. Had to ask for room cleaning! Not sure why this wasn’t done more frequently, particularly emptying bins etc

The place was clean, beautiful. I love the rooms. They were big enough for me and my family. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating.
