Best Western Lakewood

The front desk gal was so friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and really convenient to stretch our legs and walk to the store and restaurant.

They have the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The pool was amazing and super warm. The staff were amazing and caring. I recommend this place to everyone that's looking for a hotel. Everything was amazing, and I have nothing negative to say. It's a great place to stay.

I thought the breakfast was the best breakfast. I've had in any hotel. The food was not your typical breakfast. It was flavorful and spicy and different each day. The host Browns were a little bit soggy, it's okay.They were good.

We had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean.

This hotel was fine, but I didn’t exactly feel safe in the neighborhood. Two of the lights were not working and it was simple, but that was disappointing when we first got there. It definitely felt more like a motel than a hotel. Not one that we would choose again.

Great Lakewood lication

The room I was assigned smelled like an old smoking room, the smell was in the carpet and curtains. I requested to be near the pool and was in another building on the other side of the main building. At least it was quiet; except for the cleaning staff, he kept hawking snot and clearing his throat near my door.

The room was very nice and had a good view of the pool and was close to the ice machine and office. Nothing.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was great. Did have issue with my room; the toilet wasn’t flushing right and the shower head was stiff (wouldn’t move).

Nothing The carpets was wet when we entered the room it smelled moldy all night you could feel the wet on your bare feet the bathroom was old style and dirty

Convenient location for my plans. I didn't use the pool area, but would have if my stay was longer. I've stayed at this location many times and like the friendliness of the staff, it's quiet, and kept up well.

Nice room, and definitely worth the cost. All of the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was a typical hotel included breakfast.
