This hotel just looks good on the outside and that’s barely. They don’t even have an ice machine not really very homey and most hotels are supposed to be your home away from home. I wanted to go back home immediately. The bed moves so every time you even brush up against that it slides across the floor. The floor had like a thin layer of like felt like what was sand on it and their hardwood floors so I’m not sure if it’s the product that they’re cleaning with that leaves that residue on the floors. There was no toilet tissue in my bathroom so I had to call and ask for somebody to bring it. They brought it to me and set it outside my door but did not tell me so I had called again and got one of the front desk receptionist that was very rude and told me that it was outside of my door. No one even gave me a courtesy not to tell me that my tissue was there I received a knock on my door at about 10 AM asking if I was going to check out I responded yes twice and they continued to bang and bang and bang on my door. I opened it and said I will be checking out at 11 and the person that was being said thank you and walked away. It was just a very unlikely unfortunate situation to be staying there.

do not stay here!!! there was holes everywhere filled with napkins. If you are checking in later than 10pm you have to wait for a staff that lives in the community to open you. Also mid night we woke up to people talking and realized our window had been opened the whole time we were there. Smelled horrible!! Staff was cussing on the phone when called about check in

The staff was amazing unfortunately as soon as I walked into my room on the ground floor I was hit with the strong smell of dog. I understand this is a pet friendly property but it was overwhelming. Also noticed there was a substantial amount of hair in the tub... the walls were dirty and the worst part was the pillows. One of the pillow cases started to come off as I was moving things around and I saw the pillow was old stained and filthy. There were small blood stains that looked fresh on two of the pillows. I was able to use one pillow that looked clean. This might be just a one time bad experience but I dont think I will be staying at this property again

This hotel was super gross. The first room we checked into had hair, food crumbs, and a toenail on the floor. There was hair in both beds. We asked to switch rooms and they moved us down the hall. This room was just slightly less dirty. One bed was unusable due to the amount of hair. We shared one bed that smelled so strongly of dog and I woke up stuffy with a sore throat from mild pet allergies. We had reserved two nights, but had to leave and get a different hotel. Just so gross.

Overall my stay was okay, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected when I arrived, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The laundry facilities were convenient to have, but I hope the property pays more attention to cleaning and maintenance in the future. With better housekeeping, this would be a much better place to stay.

A few things about this place, one the toilet paper holder about 3 inches off the floor .. gross and why. Horrible design. Large chunk from countertop missing and haphazardly filled, little bit crusty in the corners of the room, just didn’t feel clean. Window felt like it was open since it was so loud could hear someone blaring their bass in their car, screams, etc. Front desk women was nice and gym room looked great.

Our first room was a king bed with a pullout sofa bed. Pulled out the sofa bed to find dirt, crumbs and pet hair. Front desk said they weren't sure if they were even supposed to change the linen on the pullout beds. So they changed our room to a double queen. This room had a big patch of mold and mildew in the shower but I didn't notice until the next day when I showered. Figured we are only here one more night. No point in switching rooms AGAIN because we had a lot of things. But had to extend our stay a few more nights so I asked for another room. They told me I had to check out at 11am and check back in at 3pm if I wanted to change my room. where was I supposed to go for 4hrs with my family and all our luggage!? Horrible experience! Would never stay there again!!

Spent a week. On the fence here. The room was great! Clientele was not. The hallways and elevator had ALL the smells. Never knew what you were going to get, but it likely was going to be bad. Parking seemed safe ish. Extended stay type deal where you bring down your towels to trade in, get new toilet paper rolls and trash bags at the desk, I’m ok with that. Cops showed up for some altercation on my last night, and speaking with them they were very familiar with the property (and terrified with the one elevator (slow, and had puke it it at the time)). All that said, nice room, just had to book from room to exit to avoid being uncomfortable. As always, you get what you pay for, and I think the value was ok.

The place was very clean, and every employee was helpful. The room is simple, and done in a way that is easy to clean. The flooring looks like vinyl plank, so it can be mopped. So much better than a questionable carpet. The comfortable bed has no boxspring, but instead is a very thick mattress on a high frame, so you can see right under it and see that is is clean. Also high enough to slide your suitcases underneath. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, microwave, full refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The hotel provides a minimum of kitchen supplies, (one pot, one pan, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 plates and 2 mugs), bring your own if you need more. Bathroom towels are minimal, we barely had enough for 2 of us. I didn't check to see if I could get more. This hotel is a long term stay for many people. I found the other guests to be pleasant and helpful. We stayed at the beginning of our road trip, and decided to go back again at the end of our trip.
