Clean property and great staff

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. My husband got food poisoning after drinking the milk served at the hotel’s breakfast, which ruined part of our trip. The hotel is also located right beside a very busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even with the complimentary earplugs provided by the hotel, the traffic noise was unbearable. We would not stay here again.

They cancel the room and were rude.

Great stay. I'd recommend checking the mattresses to see if any have lost their cushion. Also, please fix the front fountain there's green mold growing and it's not very welcoming upon arrival. Your staff was very good.

Everything was wonderful. Upon vheck in, the staff Luci, was awesome. However, I had to request coffee maker for my room. Took it up in their bag, which I thought was great since it was reusable. Everything went well at check out, until I was flagged down for taking the bag. That was embarrassing. I had to empty out what I had on my car and return the bag. That's the only downer.

The bed was amazing and we slept super well. Great pool area for families. Tasty breakfast. We will be staying here again.

Front staff is amazing! So kind and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. They even have laundry. Beds were comfortable and pretty quiet. Special shout out to Luci, Mata, Lizzie, and Fabian.

The staff was welcoming! I enjoyed my stay here. I received a VIP Expedia pass to get something from the lobby with my credits so that was helpful but forgot to use it after I checked out this morning and also a treat for helping a customer yesterday since he did not had cash on him.

At first glance when pulling into the parking lot I was was a bit concerned with the appearance of the surroundings, however the property once inside was clean and modern. We arrived 20 minutes early, and they could not accommodate an early check which was ok with us. We sat down in the lobby and waited the 20 minutes, thinking the front desk person would call us when rooms were ready. We were10 feet away the whole time. However the front desk person began taking other check ins and never did reach out to us, I walked up to the counter and got in line, and was checked in eventually. The room was also clean and modern. Being next to the freeway it was quite noisy while sleeping, but to be expected for the location.

Hot tub needed cleaned and right amount of chemicals! Bathroom drain in room was very smelly!! Staff great! Food was good ! Clean in rm! Fountain broken with green dirty water! Outside front entrance not clean!
