Pool was green and disgusting. Didn’t walk without socks or shoes on. Gross

The room is not well cleaned. There was a fake eyelash on the sink and the drawer between the the bed has hairs.

Good staff clean all around my kids loved the pool free good breakfast

The staff is excellent. The rooms clean. The beds comfortable. The only issues we had was that breakfast food was gross and the room was loud. We could hear every door shut, every conversation had, every car drive by. For that reason alone we will never stay here again. We got zero sleep. I can’t say enough good things about the staff though. Suggestions for breakfast: don’t water down the juice. Skip the eggs or cook them fresh. They were terrible. The gravy for the biscuits was so runny we couldn’t even scoop it onto the spoon. Everything else was stale or watery.

Clean room. Quality furnitures. Peaceful and quite. Great lobby! Breakfast was tasteful.

We loved staying at Holiday Inn. There is always parking. Coffee/ Water is available 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was big enough for my family of 5!

My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day. My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be really cold getting in but was really warm and it was like a booger green color. I maybe swam for 30mins because I felt the water pressure blowing out warm water rather then cold, and the color is was giving swamp color it just threw me off. But the staff was very helpful and nice with any questions I had. Thank you

This hotel sits right on a very busy section of I-5. Yes, once you've booked the hotel and arrive, they offer you really cheap earplug and noise machines, but neither do anything to diminish the highway noise. I walked into the room and thought, "how odd, they left the window open." I walked over to close the window, only to find it closed. The road noise was so loud that it just felt like the window was open. I could not sleep at all. What a complete waste of money and it certainly ruined my next day because of how unrested I was.

Cleaniness - over all good Room - Meh. TV was so old and trying to watch the World Cup while we were there was a bit of a bummer. Per the usual, room fridges were barely cold. Breakfast - the standard sad fair. The cinnamon rolls were decent but eggs and sausage were pretty sad. Noise level - pretty loud as it is right on the freeway. They even leave ear plugs in your room, well one set for 4 people. But surprisingly with the AC running all night it wasn't too disruptive to sleep.
