Brandy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. That's very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was actually the best room we've ever gotten in this price range.

Everything was wonderful, excellent service the crew in general was very helpful and kind, definitely going back again.

The staff were so nice and love the joke of the day at the front desk. Made me smile. Why i was there, my best friends funeral.

The shower head has very low water flow.

Great place, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Gave us a really good restaurant recommendation. The shower pressure was a little low, but otherwise absolutely no complaint. Great place not too far from LA. It took us 90 minutes to get to LAX on a Saturday morning.

Attentive staff

My family and I got to our room to check in at around 12:30am. Because we called ahead of time knowing we’d get there later, Brandy let my fiancé know over the phone that it would be just fine. The room was so clean, super spacious, and we had the wifi, tv, a microwave, a fridge, and our coffee setup. Checking out was a breeze thanks to Marina at the front desk & she let us know we could also get coffee before we leave. I would definitely come back, probably for more than just a night next time. Thank you!

The room was clean. And the staff I encountered were friendly. However, the supplies in the shower wasn’t stocked. No conditioner at all. There were no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed. The breakfast was actually bad. The potatoes weren’t fully cooked. Parking was a nightmare. Plus $15 to park your car.

The breakfast was good and varied. The coffee available 24/7 was great! The first night we were given a room next to the 24 hr. gym. We heard weights dropping on the floor and people talking the entire night, while trying to sleep, until we requested a room change. We first phoned the front desk and asked for noise control, however nothing was done until we called back again to request a room change. We had to wake up completely, dress, and move out belongings at 11:30-12:00 AM. The second room was much better. It was a suite, however we only needed a bed to sleep on and not just a large room. There was a soccer game the second night at the stadium across the street and the loud music was heard in the room while trying to sleep.

The staff was great, proactive and superb customer service I haven’t seen in a long time. The manager Miranda was very helpful, friendly and she and the front desk staff Angie noticed an issue with the room I booked and upgraded us before we even discovered anything was wrong. The room was very clean and the breakfast was top notch

My king room was so spacious and clean clean. Very nicely kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. Oh and the breakfast was delicious 😋.

I went up to our room to and we gathered our belongings and went back down to check out. As the elevator door opened another guest had just experienced not being able to get in the backdoor and the same employee was stating the batteries had died and maintenance would have to change them later! Not a good experience with customer service
