The hotel was comfortable and made for an easy, enjoyable three-day stay. What stood out most to me, though, was the hospitality. Great customer service can really make a difference when you’re away from home, and the staff here definitely did that. I truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was and would happily stay here again if I’m back in the Lancaster area. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive one!

Hotel is new and we appreciated having the suite and the kitchenette to reheat our leftovers (using the pans) and the dishwasher. Downside - the lobby and other common areas are piped with artificial air freshener which is very irritating (the stuff is toxic after all). Wish hotels would stop doing that please. And the shampoo/conditioner also heavily fragranced. We just want clean air.

I hope that they serve more on breakfast. I didn’t like the liquid scrambled egg. It’s not fully cooked… I was disappointed ☹️. I hope they coo well next OR USE A REAL EGGS INSTEAD …have a sunny side up too pls.

Clean and quiet! We enjoyed our stay and will probably start using this hotel over others in the Antelope Valley. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in the AV.

Rooms were clean and we had plenty of towels. The staff was courteous and friendly. And the hotel was well kept and the breakfast was good.

This place was nice. I had a suite that looked newly renovated and the check in process was seamless. We definitely stay again.

Cozy. Home away from home! Moderately noisy as room was by elevator; on 3rd floor and had heavy walkers at all hours of the night on fourth floor- also moderately noise. Didn’t like that they could not give me a straight answer when asked for an extended check out; they should prioritize existing customer as opposed to anticipated/ potential bookings.
