My shower was clogged they didn’t come until 3 hours later still didn’t fix the issue just pooled some liquid down the drain and said it should be resolved but it didn’t called back and they never came back up! Luckily it was about 12 family together and my family and I were able to shower in a different room! The hot tub was disgusting!

Older building so it looks like its falling apart inside. Front desk person was not informative at all. Kids running up and down the hall at night yelling

The breakfast included a really nice eggs and potatoes plate to supplement the normal waffles and such. Staff were all very helpful.

Definitely more run down than pictures. Front desk person called me after I checked out and was very forceful that I give him my credit card info immediately for a balance I did not understand. They over booked themselves and upgraded my room. I asked that a manager call me to discuss. And never heard back. But I am now very weary on why the employee was so forceful to get my credit card number over phone. He actually called me three times in an hour. I was on the way to airport and asked him to wait till I got there. But kept calling and insisting I immediately give card info.

I'd highly recommend them.

The linen and the property was dirty. The bedsheets was not changed. It was as if they just straighten the bed. They were stains on the sheets. Also later that night we noticed roaches running around our room so disgusting. We’re not recommending this place.

The Hotel did not look anything like the pictures. It was old woth a very musty smell. Walls where missing chunks or pain or wallpaper. Carpet was stained and rooms smelled horrible. The ice machines were broken with wet smelly towels all over the floor. Outside the elevator the floor number was written on the wall with sharpie. Even though they had signs that said there was a strick No Smoking or drugs on premises multiple times getting into the elevator it smelled like Marijuana like people were smoking in there. The outside was equally bad. Trash all over and in the bushses around the property looks like homeless people stored clothes and other items arouns the property. The Hotel said the Oxnard but staff wore hats and shirts that said Oxford. If our stay was for more then one night I would have left and found another hotel.

Jasper made our check-in great. He was full of energy and very helpful. Great personality to represent the property. The breakfast was delicious. Not often is there a fresh cooked breakfast included in the stay.

The hotel has a odor. Similar to mildew or just old facility.
-
Some staff are very rude the bath tub have no stoppers for the high price rooms are older not up to par. You only get 2 tickets for meals if you have extra people you have to pay $10 for a ticket which doesn’t state that online.

Good staff. Place is kind of run down

The hotel is very run down. The smell of mold or mildew is horrible in every room. None of the ice machines were working. There was no water to refill water bottles. The pool area is super small not accommodating to the amount of people that that hotel can have. There was no reception at 12:00 when our AC went out and we had to spend the entire night without an AC in the windows wide open.

I stayed there one night , for the price it’s more ideal if you’re looking ft a weekend two nights to three nights or more , to use the amenities , I did not have time to to use the amenities , the rooms were very comfortable beds hot water beautiful bathrooms , the only thing I believe the breakfasts could of been a better service set up for the waffles, and plates , I didn’t care for the portion of biscuits, and It hard when places didn’t have non dairy milk for coffee ect , everything is a 5 except the kitchen and dining service , I will be back…

The room was clean. I love that it has Shampoo Conditioner and body wash. Also is coise to alit of stores and restaurants. We weren’t notified that the water was turn off and to top it off the pool was closed. That was one of the main reasons we stay there.

Unlimited Coffee and Breakfast was nice. Hot outside... we are in antelope valley not in montana.
