Clean room helpful staff

Clean rooms, fun pool, staff was great. The only down side we had is, you on only get two tickets for a good breakfast plate, we were a family of four. They have continental breakfast aside so it help a little.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

We checked in very late and were greeted with a very helpful staff member to help us check in. The hotel was very nice and offered a great breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

Hotel is not ADA approved and had bed bugs room was not ready at check and caused me to wait 45 minutes to be properly cleaned and still found bed bugs make my 89 year old disabled grandmother wait for the room when we called in advance to ensure it was correct and AD A accessible. This place needs to be shut down.

We have been coming here for years and staying while we visit family. The placed changed ownership a last year or the year before and their facilities are more rundown and employees are more ruder each time we go there. Sometimes I think they spend more time visiting with each other than taking care of their guests. This stay will be the last there. The minuses outweigh the pluses. Forgot to mention that we have had cases where we could not get something because they had only one person on duty and they could not leave the front desk. This was towels that were supposed to be to be in the room already. Not being able to get something is not a one time problem. The front desk person seems to be alone a lot. Also this is always for something that is already supposed to be in the room. Also when you reserve a handicap accessible room it is the luck of the draw if you get it.

I booked an ADA room for wheel chair and shower access, confirmed by Expedia. When I checked in and had rolled up to the room, it was inaccessible for the wheel chair or shower. The clerk said that they didnt know and told me, as I indicated that I called the day of making the reservation to confirm that it was accessible, that it is best to call the day of the reservation. Do other guests prepay for a reservation that has no capacity for them to shower or move in their room? Is it worth the stress to have to go back downstairs to fix their inability to get this right. No. I lefty key with the clerk, and departed. Will never stay there or book through Expedia again. All they want is our money, and these details become the problem of the guest when all reasonable steps were taken by the guest to select and confirm appropriate accommodations. Clearly discrimination if you have mobility problems.

What a dump

Lobby was welcoming and attractive. Check in was quick and easy. Jasper, front desk rep, was friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel hallway carpet is obviously dirty, but everything else looked clean and smelled fresh. First impression of room was stale cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. However, room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bath and bed linens were plush, bright white, with no stains or tears. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower had great water pressure and temp was fairly steady throughout showers. We had a “balcony” suite on the first floor. There was a grassy dog walk area outside our room with a view of the hot tub. Unfortunately, we could not open the slider. We did not check out the pool or hot tub. The breakfast was very good. There were multiple options with cold and hot foods. We really appreciated the eggs cooked to order. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return the next time we are in the area.

My shower was clogged they didn’t come until 3 hours later still didn’t fix the issue just pooled some liquid down the drain and said it should be resolved but it didn’t called back and they never came back up! Luckily it was about 12 family together and my family and I were able to shower in a different room! The hot tub was disgusting!

Older building so it looks like its falling apart inside. Front desk person was not informative at all. Kids running up and down the hall at night yelling

The breakfast included a really nice eggs and potatoes plate to supplement the normal waffles and such. Staff were all very helpful.

Definitely more run down than pictures. Front desk person called me after I checked out and was very forceful that I give him my credit card info immediately for a balance I did not understand. They over booked themselves and upgraded my room. I asked that a manager call me to discuss. And never heard back. But I am now very weary on why the employee was so forceful to get my credit card number over phone. He actually called me three times in an hour. I was on the way to airport and asked him to wait till I got there. But kept calling and insisting I immediately give card info.
