I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is wonderful. I always feel safe and anything I need to take care of. Possibly the rooms cleaned a little earlier before three

This was a great clean motel. Staff was very nice. There is free coffee in the morning, and there is a big IHOP right next door with good food.

Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.

Everything was a nice experience

It’s near the college I go to. However the toilet for our room smelled like sewage. Upon opening the door to check out our bathroom during our stay, there was a foul odor.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and decent pricing

The area, especially the abandoned hotel right next to it, is anything but safe or nice. The hotel has been burned and spray painted many, many times. Drugs, homeless, various other crimes and dangers, about 100 feet from your room's door. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Nice staff nice housekeepers clean rooms

The customer service was horrible from the time I checked in. I have pictures of dirty screws on the floor, cigarette burns in the bath tubs and broken ac. The manager Lizbeth was a ridiculous example of whom you should never EVER HIRE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HER AND HER HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ARE VERY MUCH OKAY WITH HALF ASS CLEANING AND TEAMING UP AGAINST ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT EQUALITY IS. THEY ARE OKAY WITH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR! I FELT I WAS TREAT WITH DISCRIMINATION DUE TO MY COMPLAINT AND I HAD MY CHILDREN ONE Is ONLY 18 MONTHS AND SHE WITNESSED THE WAY I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS UGLY MANAGER AND HOW MUCH I HAD TO REFRAIN JUST TO KEEP MY BABY SAFE. IM GLAD I DIDNT REACT AND I CALLED CORPORATE BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. I WAS DENIED SERVICES AFTER COMPLAINING AND CHECKING OUT 1 HOUR LATE! WHEN I KNOW THEYVE HAD CUSTOMERS CHECKOUT LATER THAN THE TIME I CHECKED OUT!

loved the girl in the front , she tried to do as much as she could to make us comfortable but unfortunately it was just the entire place. She needs a raise because she was amazing ! First room we checked into was a smoking room , smelled like smoke badly , then I go into the restroom and there’s a whole party of cockroaches… so I immediately go back to the front , the amazing girl helps me right away changes my room , and go into a non smoking room , still smelled a bit but I could live with it then I go into the restroom a few bugs and some on the furniture so i immediately check both beds because I’m already itchy and I take off all the covers and boom bed bugs on both beds . It wasn’t the girls fault and when I called before had they said they were short on rooms so instead we just stay the night in my boyfriends truck and said we would just deal with it in the morning .

Love it great management and cleaning people everyone is so down to earth
