Overall maintained hotel. Staff were helpful. The breakfast station was well maintained but the AC in the lobby was not working. We went for a soccer tournament and felt that the hotel was not prepared for an influx of guests as towels were quickly running out. In a non-tournament situation, I believe everything would have been a great stay.

First of all it was a very busy weekend with the LA cup tournament which we were also attending. The parking lot was full but there was enough parking. The hotel was booked up and they ran out of towels the first night. So for our room of 4 we only had two towels until late the next morning. Breakfast was average. The laundry room came in handy but out of the 4 machines (2washers 2 dryers) only one of each worked. The pool area was SMALL and was full everytime we looked. Might fit 15-20 people and not comfortably. No ice machines were in order beside the one on the first floor but there was no ice each time we tried. Doors on the side of building were only to exit not enter. Only one elevator that took forever since the hotel was full. I know that makes a difference. We made use of the stairs but there is no cooling in the stair well or it wasn’t on. It was extremely warm in there. A/C in the room was excellent. Over all it was a good stay. Price was fair and the rooms were more on the renovated side but can still be touched up a bit. We had a big red stain on the carpet in front of the fridge and a few side wall panels that were hanging off. A lot of teenagers running up and down the hallway in the afternoon but nothing at night which was appreciated. We got our monies worth for the most part and would possibly consider staying again in the future.

Staff was not properly knowledgeable about cards keys and rooms. Tv did not work. Could not get extra towels or pillows(for a family of four). No A/C in the first room. The only good thing was breakfast and pool, and the cleaning lady Maria who was very helpful, we could tell she has been working there for a while.

Upon arrival we were only given our room keys and only found out that you had to have a separate card to use the pool and gym after we got locked out and had to walk all the way around the front and asked why our room key wouldn't let us in.

Everything was excellent, great customer service, very clean, and relaxing.

Very accommodating staff and room was sufficiently clean. Breakfast area was nice and breakfast was better than other Springheel Suites we have visited. Breakfast person worked constantly on keeping and refilling items ! However, breakfast area was small and was unable to accommodate a moderate amount of guests. Several of the outside and indoor doors and card readers were broken or inaccessible. Parts of the hallway and room were in need of minor repairs and touch ups. The rooms and accessible areas were all very clean with staff working diligently throughout our stay to keep everything clean.

The pool was closed while we were there which was a bummer but, what can you do. The breakfast is an area they REALLY need to work on! I’ve stayed at more hotel than I want to admit and the breakfasts at most are meh, but this one is truly bad! I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to just to try and improve the breakfast experience for future travelers. PLEASE WORK ON IMPROVING YOUR BREAKFAST! Otherwise the stay was great!

Room was clean and tidy. Working AC was definitely helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, my family and I stayed for a total of 5 nights and had an amazing stay would definitely recommend and come back to stay here.

Julie was fantastic as she tried to help make our stay better. The hotel was very hot. We moved to 4 different rooms as the AC didn’t work. Even in the lobby it was really hot for the staff and people eating breakfast. The hotel wasn’t great but Julie was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. We would definitely come back.

I would like to see the carpet get cleaned around the edges and the doors where people handle them get wiped down.

It has a good breakfast.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I enjoyed about this property. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the pillows were comfortable. My stay at this property was very disappointing due to poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and overall management issues. Shortly after checking in, our room keys would not unlock the door, so we had to return to the front desk for assistance. Unfortunately, the receptionist was nowhere to be found, and no other employee seemed able or willing to contact her. While we were waiting, a loud altercation broke out in the lobby. It became so disruptive that I took my son outside because he was frightened. What concerned me most was that no staff member came out to address the situation or check on guests. The receptionist eventually returned after everything had already ended. The housekeeping experience was equally frustrating. I requested several basic items, including towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. One employee repeatedly told me she would bring them to my room but never did. After multiple requests and calls to the front desk, it took nearly three hours to receive these items. During my three-night stay, my room was never serviced. The room itself was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was red hair throughout the bathroom floor, the room phone did not work, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. I also had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Although breakfast officially began at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, I politely asked if I could take a small amount of food that had already been set out because I needed to be somewhere by 7:00. While my request was granted, the employee’s attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The only staff members who were friendly and helpful during my stay were Gina and one gentleman at the front desk. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was overwhelmingly negative, and I would not choose to stay here again.
