They put me in one room they didn’t even have any and air conditioner was broken, and then they put me in the second room that the air conditioner made noise all night

The Room was very spacious and had accommodations that fit me and my family. I will definitely start here again. Very clean, well maintained. The staff was very helpful and understanding. The amenities are also nice.

The nicest hotel in the AV hands down. Price was amazing the beds sooooooo comfortable. Stayed here for 5 days after my c section before we headed back home to Arizona & it felt so cozy & comfortable!

We stayed here while celebrating my daughter’s graduation, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel provided a pleasant stay and helped make our graduation trip even more special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Door lock did not work on first room given to me. Front desk clerk couldn’t find the charger to charge it and then acted like it was an imposition to help and finally move me although there was no way to get into the room. Air conditioning in second room did not work. Heat turned on by itself in the middle of the night so room was very hot by AM. They were washing the lobby floor as people were checking out and a woman slipped and fell. The GM got angry as I sat and kept her company until the ambulance arrived. A horrible experience all the way around. Train your people in emergency situations please, the lack of empathy was scary.

Property was clean and staff was very helpful. Hot tub was closed but hopefully will open again soon.
