Avoid this location! It’s dirty! The room was not cleaned and they could not move us because they were sold out

The sign on the elevator said it can hold only two people at a time but it wasn't busy enough for this to be a problem at the time of our stay. The room was clean and the A/C was efficient most of the time, it did get a bit warm while we were sleeping. The buffet at this location left much to be desired. Even though breakfast was included, I opted to go to Starbucks on our second day. So, not bad but not great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Although pool was cold, still used it. Family came by to visit and swim a bit with my family, staff was asked prior. Breakfast was basic and was cool with it as I knew before booking. Room was clean and just right. Stayed two days first week of June and it was hot outside but still able to go out and enjoy time with family. N/A

The pillows in the room were way to soft. I used 2 and still sank all the way down. I think you need new pillows.

When we checked in we noticed a piece of paper on the counter informing guests that due to "plumbing maintenance" the water would be shut off the next morning from 8 am to 1 pm. What!!??? Who thought that would be a good time to shut off water to the ENTIRE hotel? Seriously? Check out time is 11 am. So guests are expected to get up early enough to shower and be ready before 8 am?? The poor kid at the counter was as polite as he could be with me being clearly upset after a 12 hour drive that day. And, of course there was no chance of a refund and no offer to send us to a companion hotel. Just bad planning by the manager. I usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express, but will think twice next time.

Had a refrigerator that hummed had to unplug it. Key didn’t work for side door of building, had to get a new key because key stopped working. Something was wrong with elevator, only two people at a time allowed on it. No explanations on how to tv on. Air conditioner noisy. Bed comfy. Bathroom great. Breakfast was ok. Only stayed one night. Staff were helpful.
