Did the pool was closed?

The property was clean, staff was ok. The only problem was I chose Homewood Suites for the pool amenities. When I got there the pool was shut down from health inspection. I wish they would have disclosed that to us. The sent us down to the other properties pool. That pool was disgusting. I won’t be staying there again.

This was seriously one of the cleanest, respectful and comforting hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Their whole staff was friendly. Our rooms were so clean. Absolutely an amazing weekend. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

have stayed here many times. this time, woke up to cockroaches on the kitchen floor three times. (Not unusual though, it is the desert.) Also, they have been in remodel mode, and the room could have been cleaned better after work was completed. Drywall dust all over in the bathroom. Drywall mud on the wall paper not cleaned off. Just little things. We enjoyed the handicap access for my husband. But after a shower, half of the bathroom floor was wet, big fall hazard. If the shower curtain was down to the floor, that would have helped there. Just some observations from pour current visit.

Renovated, clean, spacious.

Breakfast was good, eating area was very clean.

Check in was speedy and easy, parking is a little tight and no room if towing anything. Maintenance has some work to do in rooms just small things were broken or not functioning. Lobby restrooms needed cleaning. Breakfast was standard but decent. Overall was a good place for the price.

Room was amazing! We had some maintenance issues in the bathroom, but got a quick response.

one day kitchen was closed but we were sent next door. 2nd day was on site and fine, smaller offer than next door but good desk clerk could have cut us some slack on our special dog who is not yet a service dog but will be and currently behaves as one

Rooms were clean and well equipped even though we didn't use kitchen facilities. Pleased with our stay.

A blinding naked light bulb greeted us when we arrived in the room. The floor in the bathroom was soiled around the toilet and dirty footprints on the floor by the sink.The kitchen counter by the sink had sticky residue. The eating area had not been cleaned. So I don’t think the room was ready for occupancy. I just hoped they changed the sheets and just overlooked the floor, etc. The desk chair was broken. I almost fell backwards on the floor when I sat in it. Except for the desk chair problem, I told the night person that I was unhappy with the room and told her why and that we wanted to be moved. She said she didn’t have other rooms like that even though on a Monday night the hotel was practically empty. She said she would go to our room and clean the floor. She did not. Next morning I complained again and brought up the desk chair. The morning manager said, I don’t know why the night person didnt move you. She waived the $15 parking fee and said she would give me Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience. The last time I checked the balance on the account was 0. I have had very good experiences with Expedia’s ratings until now. I expected more out of Hilton.

The room was spacious and clean. The property was close to where we needed to be.

I would have liked a itimied receipt but didn’t get a check out paperwork or email but the room was very accommodating
