The hall carpeting looked super old. My room stunk when I got there. I had to go buy air freshener it was so bad. The freezer section of the refrigerator was all iced over and it froze half my food that I brought with me. Very disappointing. And a lot of homeless hanging around nearby at an AM/PM store.

The older housekeeper and the young woman at checkout were friendly, professional, and helpful. The parking area and fitness center were clean, and once connected, the Wi-Fi worked well. The property was run down, the room was not clean, and there were maintenance issues. Customer service was often rude and unprofessional, basic supplies had to be requested, early check-in was delayed despite paying for it, and the approved late checkout was not honored respectfully. The continental breakfast was disappointing, the coffee station was broken on our last day, and the mini mart was extremely overpriced.

The only hotel that I've stayed at that doesn't do room service. I left at 6am and returned at 8pm. No towels, no bed done.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Let us swap rooms to accommodate one of our guests better. Breakfast was ok.

I’ll never understand how this place got such high ratings. The whole place could use a good DEEP cleaning. The breakfast offerings were minimal and not appetizing, and breakfast is only until 9:00. While the hotel was conveniently located off the freeway, there wasn’t much around in the way of food offerings unless you want only Mexican food. We won’t stay there again.

This was my first time staying at this location and I will be returning. The lady at the reception was very polite and helpful and the lady that checked me out was in the greatest mood, even at the wee hours of the morning. Smiles are great. They scored a 5 for great energy, too.
