Budget Inn

This building should be condemned. There is no pool. There is no billiards room. There is no restaurant and lounge, despite pictures. The pool room is filled with old broken furniture. The carport to enter the lobby is literally falling doen. The paint in the rooms is bubbled from a crap water resto job. You can see into your neighbors bathroom via shared vent that does not work. Many broken windows have been replaced with plastic. The door to the far living quarters (long term residence) sticks and is very hard to open- its the fire exit...but hey, the fridge has been upgraded. Would not recommend bringing children, or sleeping under the covers. There was mustard AND $#!+ on the bathroom door. TV turns on, but there is no service of any kind. I've booked shady hotels before. I need tou get what you pay for. I've never feared for my life. Your valuables are safer left in your car.

I booked online at the sight and was sent to another hotel down the street. When I got there check-in was easy. However, the property is not well kept. Had a horrible smell and rooms were even worse. The blankets on the bed were dirty and felt very uncomfortable. I went to the front to ask them to cancel and if I can be refunded. My daughter and I were not comfortable at all staying. The restroom was the worse of it.

This was by far the sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. None of the photos are accurate from the listing. No pool, no restaurant or billiards, mold in the bathroom, structural concerns, there was visible water damage through the building. I would not recommend staying here.

Solid ok

I requested a newly renovated room and staff accommodated. Heater did not work in our room when we first got there. Staff came and fixed it but left the beds pushed out. Ended up not staying at this hotel after finding bed bugs. Our door had a huge gap in it and you could see outside. Tried to get a refund and staff told me they couldn’t help me. Property is so runned down and not maintained at all. Needs shut down!

It’s a place to stay. Lots of workers stay here. Train nearby.

The beds were good, but it was an older hotel and the property was not maintained as there were weeds and dirt all around. The floors were not super clean but tolerable. The shower faucet was tricky to operate and the water came out misty. Overall it was an okay place to stop on a road trip if you’re on a budget. The desk clerk made the stay pleasant and had a good suggestion for dinner and they had popcorn for the microwave for $2.

One of the pieces of furniture had a hole in it. The lamp shade was cracked and had small holes. No over head light in the room. No coffee in the hotel lobby. The cable went out so no tv. I will never stay at this property ever again.

Room was clean and the Staff was very friendly and courteous and made my check in and out a breeze.

For the price, the room was good. I appreciated the grab bar in the tub/shower, but the tub bottom was a little slick (not real bad). I asked for something to hold curtains closed, and got clips to do so. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. I will choose them again.

The garbage cans on each floor were overflowing with garbage and the light in the stairway and hall areas were out, leading to a feeling of being unsafe upon our 11pm arrival. But the shower was hot, a/c worked well and there was a working fridge and microwave... Although the microwave was not plugged in... Because the cord wouldn't reach from the counter to the nearest outlet. We ended up moving the microwave to the bathroom counter in order to plug it in. Thankfully my daughter and I arrived at 11:15pm and were checked out before 9am. We slept well and they accepted our dog, so it was a helpful stop on our road trip.

Convenient. Staff always friendly and accommodating. The room was not very clean. Floor was filthy and we could not walk barefoot without having black feet. The 2 chairs at the table were stained. The bathroom door stuck when you opened or closed it. The locks on the door were broken. No restaurant on site.

Could smell weed on property when we arrived, asked the clerk the best way to get to my room, he said go around the back either way. I was going through dips and potholes that would tear my car up. There were many sketchy individual walking around, one guy pointed out bullet holes in the glass to his room. The pool was non operational, there was graffiti on the outside of the building. Worst hotel ever

The property looked like it was on the verge of going out of business. The building was delapadated and in desperate need of repair. It was a hot summer day and there was not a single ice machine working.

The rooms have been remodeled.

Should close down and remodel

An average hotel that is showing it's age. It almost appeared to be closed when we first arrived, except for the cars parked by the rooms. The rooms were clean, but showing signs of previous maintenance, as well as items in need of maintenance.

Nothing The room smelled bad, there was black mold on the ceiling and curtains, there were over 20 dead pill bugs behind the nightstand, bathtub doesn’t drain while showering, room phone didn’t work, ice machine was broken.
