Lukewarm shower, no amenities

would be nice if they had a microwave or fridge in the room. otherwise it was good

The property is due for maintenance all around

Pool: out of Commission “since forever”. Ice machine: out of survive WiFi: unsecured- my devices did not trust it. Building: rusty and poorly maintained Parking lot: you could lose your car in the deep holes Staff: could not care less Stay anywhere else when in Laramie.

This property does not provide shampoo, even on request, I was told they do not provide that. There were several guests that appeared to be long term, perhaps construction workers, or something like that. There were several chairs, grills, and other personal items on the balconies and sidewalks One of my nights there, my neighbor decided to host a party. There were 20-30 people in the parking lot right outside my door with very loud music, a lot of drinking, and a lot of yelling. The party whet on for about 6 hours. I called the front desk a couple times, and they did come over and tell the participants to keep the noise down. They did not comply. The party finally broke up when someone from the participants company came and told everyone that they needed to go back to their own rooms or they could loose their jobs. This led to a lot more yelling to the point that I thought a fight would break out and almost called the police. Although the property employee did respond and ask the guest to quiet down, they didn’t do anything more to ensure the disturbance ended. At this point, I no longer felt safe in my room.

Wasn’t impressed. There was no microwave or even a fridge in the room most hotels I’ve been have at least one or the other. Shower was tiny and was disappointed there was no tub

Left as soon as we woke up to escape the nasty cleaning products smell.

Clean room . Bed was comfortable. Very quiet.

The AC is not working and we arrived in the middle of the night they will just easily told us that we can find another hotel and they will just refund it. We have a baby and we suppose to stay for 5 nights we booked a week before. Very disappointing.

No! We will be using this place for every future trip

Please skip this property until they have time to make improvements.

Clean rooms. Renovated bathrooms. Friendly staff. We had a good stay!

Oh and there were fire trucks and policemen that showed up in the middle of the night. At least its close to the police station I guess....

I mean, this place is the place you’d want to stay if you have no other options. It just needs an update, it’s very simple. That said, the coffee was ACTUALLY good, the room was for sure clean (thank you), although it has that odor of stale former smoker’s room lingering, and the staff are great. Plus the plants in the lobby really brighten it up. Somebody knows how to give life to the green things! 🌿

The property is conveniently located and the staff was very nice and helpful. The property is dated and needs some work. But it looked like they had a section of rooms blocked off for remodeling. Overall, I would recommend for a quick overnight or two. The room was really clean and despite being close to the interstate, it was quiet. I would stay again.

It was OK except for a loud party of itinerant road repair crew members partying it up right out in front of our room. Ask specifically to avoid that. Ice machine was broken, a little run-down, but nice for pets and a strong shower. Convenient to Laramie restaurant area. Hopefully when it becomes Cowboy Inn, some renovations and a slight increase in price to cover that will happen. it has great potential!

Motel location was a Little hard to find.no motel 6 sign ,etc. , due to unexpected takeover of ownership (cowboy inn). No expected pool, fridge or microwave. We were hoping for 1st floor room,none available due to holiday busier than usual conditions. Plus,v desk staff was not very enthusiastic or apologetic upon our first contact.

Nothing fancy.
