Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Was there for 10 days. They made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Outside of the price, I would never stay here again! I put in for an ADA room and almost got placed in a regular room. There was trash under the bed. The room was lit only in one corner. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The desk was unlit. There was dog feces right out the back door, and when I went to sit in a chair, it almost crippled me. There is a need for painting and upkeep everywhere. Some hall doors had holes in them. NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE except if you are only looking for price.

We stayed for eight nights, Friday->Saturday. It is an older building full of mostly cosmetic issues such as cracked tiles, peeling paint, and stained carpet but the beds and linens were clean. Outlets and light switches worked as expected. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from polar plunge to intolerably hot in a matter of minutes, despite what temperature you turned the faucet to. The TV guide and channel descriptions did not match what you were viewing so you had to channel surf to find what you wanted to watch. One evening, we asked for fresh towels but were told that the previous housekeeper mistakenly took the only key to the linen closet home with him. New towels were delivered the next morning. Staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Alicia, the actual property manager. It was convenient being able to purchase snacks and drinks from the coolers in the lobby. Very affordable, booked through hotels.com one year in advance. There were guests that were obviously smoking in their rooms, evidenced by the odor in the surrounding rooms and smoke seen in the hall. When it was reported, staff said there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, I would recommend a stay if you do not intend to spend a great deal of time in the room. Would also recommend the Mexican restaurant and sushi restaurant next door!

It was the worse motel I’ve ever stayed in and WILL NOT BE BACK!!! It don’t need repairs it needs to be completely torn down! I was disappointed that Expedia had this motel on their site!!

One of the worst hotels to stay at in Laramie. Stayed for 8 days they never cleaned the room once. Made me put down a cash deposit that they would not give back until I took my own trash out of the room. Food and hairs all over the bed when I checked in. We got a non smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a nice place to crush for a few days. It served my needs.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This one was rough. The only thing clean in the room, where the sheets at least I hope they were. The floor was incredibly sticky. The room smelled horrid, and it was extremely loud. You could hear every single movement in every nearby room the only way I would recommend staying here is if there’s absolutely nowhere else to stay and then you might be better off to sleep in your car.

Staff was nice and nice selection of snacks Dirty, bugs everywhere terrible WiFi
-
Poorly maintained property and motel. Price was better than usual but you get what you pay for. I will avoid in the future.

Room was clean and organized. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I would stay there again with no second thoughts.

We had to get three different key cards before learning the door lock battery was dying. There was also loud music and a party across the hall, while people above us walked around throughout the night. Between the noise and smell, it was difficult to sleep. The one positive was the receptionist, who was very helpful and maintained a great attitude throughout the situation. However, the hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Absolutely awful, very run down and unsafe. The room I was given had broken door lock, the door frame was broken, mold in the bathroom. I didn't stay and requested a refund they denied it. Posting pictures of room 126.

Room was comfortable and clean but the parking lot and outsides of the hotel was unkept and clearly neglected. Perhaps run down looking is a better description. Loose trash was on the floors in various locations of the hotel in hallways and the laundry room. The space was quiet and safe feeling. Overall, it was an ok experience

the room had a way dirty floor. like our socks picked up everything. scary. Then the sink room was dirty all over the walls. The soaps were there and there was 2 towels and 2 hand towels and the beds were clean and made up nice. The bathroom was falling apart. The doorway was in crumbles as well as around the shower and the water handles. Couldn't even use the shower since the hot water tap wouldn't turn at all, but it was very lightly streaming hot water from the tub consistently. So no shower. There was just enough toilet paper for the night but if I had issues or there was 2 of us, in a two bed room, . . . we would have run out. When I told the front desk they said they would let maintenance know. But no accommodation etc. Kind of oh well, not even sorry about that. So if there is a choice f=to go anywhere else. I would.

I came out to Laramie on a three day camping trip. And my clutch went out on my jeep. So I ended up staffed and stay in Laramie for an additional 7 days. The staff, the manager were without question some of the most generous people. Made my stay amazing and whatever the need was they went above and beyond to make it happen. If you’re in l and with all the lodging options I would highly recommend scrolling past others and going with this place. If there was an option to put 6.7.8 stars without question that’s what I woudl have chose when rating staff, and stay .

I’ve stayed at this motel a year ago too. My daughter goes to University in Laramie and her place is super small. I knew ithis motel was far from top of the line, but I since only sleep there, the low price is worth it.

Employees are super nice Dirty, bad smells, window was wide open with no screen on ground level next to a parking lot. Anybody could've gotten in.

Room was clean but the rest of the property was horrible. Tv barely worked. Definitely a one and done, will not stay again.
