Once we arrived, staff did not have the reservation; staff unclear on completing a new reservation. Once we entered the room, we determined could not stay due to the moldy smell. Hotel refused a refund.

We were not able to check in as there was nobody at the property. Called the manager back that called me asking when we would be checking in and no answer so I called the number on the door as she instructed me to do and no answer. At almost 10 pm I got a phone call from the number on the door and he apologized for nobody being there to help me check in.

No breakfast. Everything was fine until Ashley clerk is rude, obnoxious very unlikable. Starts a conversation being rude very bossey she should not be in the hostility business at all ever. It is an old motel someone bought and has done some renervatiojbb

The photo online had no relation to what the room was actually like. The bathroom was clean enough. The floor was dirty and sticky. We had to put a pushpin in the curtain-side to get it to stay closed. The window was "locked" with a section of 2x4. There was no property sign to tell you that you were at this property. There was no one in the office. When she actually did show up, Ashley was very friendly and nice, but had trouble with the check-in procedures. We would not stay here again.

Nobody was there when we went to check in. Nobody would answer the phone to help us when we arrived. We had to find other accommodations. Which was probably a god send.

The gal at the front desk was helpful at check in.

Staff was very friendly

When I arrived, with a pre-paid booking, the hotel attendant said they could not make a key for the room and we would not be able to stay there for the night. He gave me the phone number to the manager for the next day to call for a refund. I've talked to the manager and texted several times and went through booking.com and I still have not received a refund. Booking.com has also not been helpful.

The girl checking us in seemed confused by the overall process and how we would all fit, despite our declaring 7 people and getting 2 rooms with 2 beds each, so the check-in process took about 20 long minutes. The floors were dirty (but the beds were clean).

Easy acess off the freeway. Bed were comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff i was not certain they even worked there no uniform, dressed in t-shirt, unprofessional, NO WIFI & NO ICE could not connect to my laptop,, tv did not work after 16 hour drive all you want is to relax SUPER DISAPPOINTED ?

Room was old but clean except for bathroom there was mold all over the ceiling. A/C didn’t work upon arrival but they fixed it, TV didn’t work but they fixed it. Ice machine broke, no coffee in lobby, it was actually closed when u check out at 8:30am

We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.

Didn’t like anything about the place. Don’t feel Expedia has an accurate/fair assessment of the site. Beds looked like they were made up by a 3 year old-blanket/sheets dragging on the floor. No refrigerator or microwave in room and staff looked like they came from a half way house. Overall the place inside and out looked more like a meth/flop house. A/C smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Unkept and dirty. Decided not to worry about losing the money we lost on room.

We decamped to another place.

Good stay, staff was friendly & helpful

The manager noted that the property had just changed hands (the outside signage was still displaying the old place’s name, in fact), but overall it just had this dingey, run-down, rent-by-the-hour-motel feel. I’d wanted to support the local independent lodging option, but fell for the glowing pics in the Expedia listing, and in the end I was pretty disappointed and regretted the decision. Until this place tidies-up, keep on driving.

2 star hotel but a great stay. Nice hot water with good pressure, comfortable recliner and nice bed. It feels more like a home than a hotel. I appreciated the good service too.
