the property needs some TLC, however our room was clean and very affordable.

We needed a cot and they brought it right away. The pool was clean. The room was clean. It’s in a convenient location with Walmart within walking distance and a Dutch brothers and Starbucks very close. Other eateries are close to. Easy access and easy to get back on I-10. Will definitely stay here again.

The carpet was old and unkept

Property was clean, nice continental breakfast. The only problem was the A/C didnt cool my room.

The room was so comfortable and quiet! The bed was so perfectly soft and firm and the ac worked great. The breakfast could have been better with fresh hot options but everything was packaged or dry. The carpet also needs to be cleaned every so often, it looked very dirty. I did not like that the crib doesnt come with a fitted sheet only a loose sheet which is very unsafe

They has signs for No Smoking, but that's all you could pretty much smell and another strong smell that starts with an M. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean, just the smell is what made it bad, especially when having little ones around.

Older hotel in the seedy part of town. Lots of homeless people there in the immediate area. Noisy from rooms beside mine and above. Children should be on first floor ... not jumping around on floors above patrons. Luggage carts in very bad condition. Hallways and elevator dirty. Security is really lacking. Would not stay there again or recommend that anyone stay there. I feel like I paid double of what I should have.

It was very nice to staying.

The room was pleasant enough. I did not like the dogs on the breakfast area. Just because the property is pet friendly please keep them out of food spaces. There was a rainstorm that came in durning our stay and ruined any pool time but the hotel doesn’t control the weather. Would be a perfect place if there was a fitness room. Will definitely book again. Very convenient next to the Walmart.

Room had a very bad smell. Dirty inside. Flies in the morning while having breakfast. Waited for more than 5 min for fromt office employee during check in. 2 and 3 floor windows open.

Clan room, friendly staff, good amenities. Carpet in hallways was stained and old. Good value. Very satisfied.

This is our absolute favorite spot to stay in Las Cruces. We’ve stayed many times, and always have the best time. Our room is always clean, affordable, and workers are always so kind. The only downside is the area in which this hotel is located tends to have quite a few homeless wandering through the streets between the hotel and Walmart (which is conveniently located right next door). We’ve personally never had any issues, but would definitely make sure not to leave anything valuable in the vehicles and always park in front of the hotel cameras just to be safe.

Very pet friendly. Great staff. Good location with shops, restaurants, and easy freeway access

We arrived late, the elevator floor was dirty and looked unclean. Across from elevator was a patch area which the repair looked bad. The carpet looks like it needs to be stretched and clean badly had stains in all areas. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, did not have scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and coffee was just warm. Overall our stay was good and the hotel and clean.
