Springhill Suites By Marriott Las Cruces

Overall out stay was pretty amazing. The staff were awesome. Super helpful and very very friendly. We will make this our hotel of choice for our trips to Las Cruces. Beds were AWESOME and the rooms were pretty amazing too.

Breakfast wasn’t great, there wasn’t enough and was the same thing most days, however staff were very helpful throughout the stay

The only thing I can say was nice was my room. This stay was terrible. Everything was broken and not working. The hot tub was broken which was a huge disappointment because that was one thing I was so excited about. I had went down for my birthday weekend and nothing besides the room was good about my stay. The Gym was closed for maintenance, the side door that was closest to my room to enter the building was broken and they never ended up putting a rock to keep it open like they said they would. The fireplace outside was not working and had no propane. They called me on one of the days and said the water had to be shut off for a while due to them having to work on something. It was off for a good 45 minutes or so. I am just not happy with them. Just a heads up for anything planning a trip there. The other hotels around it are way nicer.

Ceiling fan in room was really dirty. Some light stains on Sofa cushions. No knob on the inside of the sliding bathroom door, so no way to lock it either. A piece of carpet used for baseboard trim to bathroom door entrance was missing. ALL the staff were great! Breakfast was good. Parking was also good. Nice hotel, just needs attention to cleanliness/missing items as listed.

Bathroom door didn’t close

The place was nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The pool was not open and I wish they would advertise that at the time of booking or on the website!! That is a big plus for us. If we would have known the pool wasn’t open we would not have chose this hotel.

Very nice and spacious room. The mattress was very comfortable. The overall experience was great.

A/C made a loud noise before starting each time and the door didn’t close all the way so others opening and closing their doors made ours make a rattling noise.

The breakfast person was always overwhelmed when people were asking for refills of coffee or creamer. It's not hard.

We stayed for 1 night. Well managed and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Did not like layout of the hotel only one elevator was on the second floor and was on the opposite end of the hotel. It was walk to the room down 2 different hallways.

We have stayed at this hotel before, so we knew what to expect. The stay was what we expected. Unfortunately the room A/C was making an odd noise when it operated. We reported it when we checked out.
