Staff was excellent, quiet location

Room was nice good size clean. Gym was clean decent everything in good working order I hated the sliding bathroom door wish there were more ice machines around. Pool was locked we had to find someone to unlock it

Clean, Breakfast was fine, Parking was fine. Advertised swim pool was out of order on probably the hottest weekend of the year in Las Cruces. Staff said it was because of the rain, but it was obvious that it was under repair.

Bed felt lopsided. But shout out to the lady who was in charge of the breakfast. She was super nice and let my husband and I eat at 8:55am Tuesday morning.

Staff was rude, the property is dirty, swimming pool out of service. Poor management

Overall out stay was pretty amazing. The staff were awesome. Super helpful and very very friendly. We will make this our hotel of choice for our trips to Las Cruces. Beds were AWESOME and the rooms were pretty amazing too.

location off freeway broken ice machine, shower handle falling off hitting foot. long walk to room from checkin and elevator, late breakfast time making it such we couldnt eat before departure, neighborhood fighting , 3 towels for 5 people, sofa bed on floor when open cant open front door and on dirty floor vs up, unfriendly check in seemed bothered we were there, poor lighting in room, electical socket by bed not working for charging phones, room smelled, door to bathroom didnt lock

The beds are listed as Queen size, but they’re Full size beds. The cool thing is the couch is large and it pulls into a bed.

Breakfast wasn’t great, there wasn’t enough and was the same thing most days, however staff were very helpful throughout the stay

The only thing I can say was nice was my room. This stay was terrible. Everything was broken and not working. The hot tub was broken which was a huge disappointment because that was one thing I was so excited about. I had went down for my birthday weekend and nothing besides the room was good about my stay. The Gym was closed for maintenance, the side door that was closest to my room to enter the building was broken and they never ended up putting a rock to keep it open like they said they would. The fireplace outside was not working and had no propane. They called me on one of the days and said the water had to be shut off for a while due to them having to work on something. It was off for a good 45 minutes or so. I am just not happy with them. Just a heads up for anything planning a trip there. The other hotels around it are way nicer.

Ceiling fan in room was really dirty. Some light stains on Sofa cushions. No knob on the inside of the sliding bathroom door, so no way to lock it either. A piece of carpet used for baseboard trim to bathroom door entrance was missing. ALL the staff were great! Breakfast was good. Parking was also good. Nice hotel, just needs attention to cleanliness/missing items as listed.
