Comfort Inn & Suites Las Cruces Mesilla

The hot tub was not working during our stay. The wifi worked only intermitantly. The daily breakfast was not very good except for the waffles. Although not the fault of the hotel, the power went out for a few hours during one night during our stay and we were not offered any break on our bill.

The toilet paper and facial tissue were of poor quality, single ply, rough and scratchy. The in room coffee maker was unplugged in two places, the coffee maker to the extension cord and the extension cord to the wall socket which was a real pain to reach. If it is meant to be an amenity then it sholud already be plugged in. There was no half&half or creamer in the breakfast area for one's coffee, there was three different flavors of CoffeeMate if one is into artificial flavor and too much sweetner. The breakfast area was clean, well maintained. The warmed precooked offering was eggs, sausage links and roasted potates. I ended up having sausage, yogurt and a bagel with cream cheese, which were all fine.

Our room had a strong odor that it was used as a smoking room. The non stick strips in the shower were peeling badly and there were numerous holes in the shower wall where something had previously been attached.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the past. For the price and location, it's a good choice for anyone wishing to be close to Mesilla. Great breakfast. The staff is courteous and helpful. Will stay here again on our next trip to Las Cruces.

Was on the road and needed a clean place to sleep, found a room in this Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean and the included breakfast was great.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bath towels and shower was nice. The vending machine didn't work and kept my money. Check out was at 11am, but my room keys were deactivated at 8am and the lady at the front was indifferent about it. The men at check in were very nice. Breakfast was good and lots of options.

We liked our stay here, because the area seemed pretty quiet. It was a quick stay for us, but we got to enjoy a nice hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean but furniture a little dated. Bed was too soft for me but clean and made. The ac worked great. Used the pool and hot tub. Wife enjoyed those. Breakfast was typical.

It was fine for what we needed. I appreciated the included breakfast.

We hit in super late and the staff was amazing and accommodating. Even getting in at 2am they helped us find parking and the pillows are amazing. Breakfast hut the spot.

Very clean

Upon arrival the staff was extremely great. Throughout my stay there was no hot water. It was warm at BEST. Both mornings the breakfast was bland and cool. The juice was very water down.

The sheet had stains and the comforter was ripped, when we exchanged the comforter and sheets for new clean ones the comforter we received still had stains on them. The chair in the room looked like it was not clean and had rips in the fabric. The morning staff person was nice.
