Staff is great love the property had a great stay

The a c was flooding the room the whole time. They gave only one towel and no other rags or anything. I asked maintenance about.it many times. I would like a refund.

Customer service too many crackheads arround rooms didnt had towels

Nothing was good about this place. The lady that was in charge of this place was dressed like a hooker barely wearing any clothes. The air didn’t work, the tv didn’t work so I asked for a refund hopefully I get it.

Not clean. Cockroach’s were found. First room that was given to us was not clean, beds not made and dirty used towels in the bathroom. Entire place smelled like marihuana and so many people kept walking inside the building. Or smoking right next to the building. So many cops showing up. Definitely not safe or clean.

Everything else, plus I still didn’t receive refund. I didn’t stay in that hotel. The woman at front desk African American was rude and unprofessional. She knew we schedule a room in this hotel and she sold just after we came and lied to us that the room is not available. Then She gave me the phone number to the Wyndham team to upsell me another hotels instead of return my money back. It was at late night and I was there with my children at night in the car tired and tried to find another hotel that night :( only because of her lie. Also location was not safe a lot of crowds were outside smoking weeds and dressed unapproaprited.

Shame on the city for still having this dump open. You’re better off sleeping in the car or on the sidewalk. Disgusting place don’t stay here. I am still waiting on my cancellation everything about this place was awful. Flies, mold, smoke, nasty bedding, nasty bathrooms, drug dealing, everything is gross without exaggerating. Tear this crap down.

No breakfast!! Tweekers throughout!! Somebody opened my door while my lady and I were resting! Never received my refund!! My lady was on the phone for several hours trying to get my refund, but she ultimately gave up! I will be calling today to RECTIFY THIS SITUATION!! Restructuring of the premesis, and better employees. Get rid of riff raff!!

hotel is basically falling to pieces, and also smells really bad, nothing works, I went to the front desk and in about five minutes I heard many complaints from customers, not surprised honestly

That I had to ask for towels. There was a phone in the room but it was not connected to anything. That I was probably over-charged for the experience, subjectively anyway.

Do not recommend this place to anyone until you inspect it!!!!!
