hotel is basically falling to pieces, and also smells really bad, nothing works, I went to the front desk and in about five minutes I heard many complaints from customers, not surprised honestly

Women beware. While staying there for a night, I received the following 3 visits. 1) the maintenance guy opened my door at around 10 pm without asking. Thankfully I had the safety latch on. He asked if I was renting for the night (obviously) and used a walker talkie to communicate with someone. 2) a woman (either drunk or unstable) knocked on my door at 11:00 pm saying she was looking for her husband. 3) the same maintenance guy and another guy knocked on my door at 2:30 AM saying they needed to shampoo the carpet. I never opened my door. I called the front desk numerous times and they NEVER answered. It’s very unsafe! Do not stay here.

There is no way Wyndham should have their name on this facility. It's old, not well maintained, and nothing like what their website shows. The pool was closed. The carpets incredibly dirty. I made a reservation for Deluxe King; they gave me a double Queen. The TV remote was busted; it took an entire day for a replacement. The front desk help, who was new, did as good a job as she could to try and help with the room and TV replacement, so I will give her credit for trying. If you're thinking of staying here, there are better options in the area.

Nothing When we arrived on the property, there were three squad cars there. The lady told us that there was no breakfast anymore and that’s why the rooms were so cheap. (I specifically booked with them to have the breakfast in the morning). The first room we were given, the door had been kicked in, there was a hole in the carpet, missing door handles, light bulbs missing, and graffiti in the room. There was no toiletries nor towels. I went down to complain and the lady at the front desk said she’s never had a complaint about the room before and if I needed toiletries just to ask and she would give them to me. I told her that the key wouldn’t work either plus the deadbolt was broken from the door being kicked in. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere and she said because I went through booking, that they don’t give refunds. I asked for another room and again the key didn’t work, missing light bulbs, no coffee, cups, toiletries, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. I again had to go to the lady and ask for toiletries and she gave me some and rolled her eyes. They also didn’t put pillow cases on the pillows. The door to go out of the side of the building also wouldn’t open. The lady argued with me that it does open if I just do it correctly. It’s a huge fire hazard. Their fire alarm system hadn’t been serviced since 2002 and was also off line. We walked over to Applebees for dinner, when we came back there were four squad cars in the parking lot. When we left in the morning the police chased a car out of the parking lot and ended up chasing the vehicle down the road, three squads chasing it.

Drugs are clearly being run out of this hotel. Linens had drops of blood on them. Meth zombies patrol the rear parking lot. Advertised continental breakfast wasn't available. I asked why, and was told because the price for the room was too low.

Nothing went well! It was AWFUL! Everything! It Was AWFUL!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Missing blanket, no soap and no refrigerator and microwave. When we got into our room the towels were wet and had to wait until that evening to get them replaced. One of the windows was broken. Homeless people hanging around the property.

The room itself is pretty big, the bed is comfortable enough, the ac blows cold when you get it working and the location is convenient because there's plenty of businesses within walking distance This hotel used to be a lot nicer a few years ago... after experiencing the shape it's in now I can not believe it's still open and advertising the way it does! Ya they say the price is a value but it always has been so there's really no reason to be charging more $83-85 dollars on the weekends. This hotel needs a ton of work to be considered decent... holes in walls up & down the stairs, there's doors that are covered with a piece of wood and drilled closed, broken beaten In doors, the water smells bad, currently not serving breakfast nor is the pool open because (desk says theyre waiting on inspections) upstairs you'll see wiring hanging that has been pulled from the walls and ceilings. Safety concerns everywhere.... even though the employees clean throughout the day people seem to just hangout on the stairs and in hallways and leave their trash, cigarette butts, dirty clothes, they draw on the walls like little kids and the smells from whatever they are smoking is enough to make you sick!! I'm the entire time I was there I was only asked by housekeeping a couple of times if I needed anything, even then they would say they forgot and never came back, no new bedding ever? There's no screen in the window in the room so you can't ever really leave it open for fresh air. On many occasions at night people will be up and down the halls all night long yelling fighting slamming doors over and over even coming multiple times knocking at my door when they were already told they don't belong there! Oh ya the wire to the phone in the room was broken and they never came to fix it. The bathroom is very hot it needs a fan and the tub backs up most of the time.
