Hampton Inn & Suites Las Cruces I-10

The room smelled like wet dog not pleasant at all, bathroom tub was some what cleaned not happy with the whole experien,won't go back to that hampton

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Room was clean and comfortable.

They were renovating rooms. I believe I got one that was just finished but the deep clean to clean up paint drops, chalking did not happen. Smears in many places. Hall way was very dirty as they were working on rooms right next to mine. Turned on the shower and a blast of rusty water came out all over the shower. Had to wash down the shower and run the water before I could take a shower.

The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good.

The location was great as a stopping point for our road trip. I didn't get to use amenities so I don't have a comment on that. Staff was friendly room was clean a little dated but sign says they are making updates.

Front desk was able to quiet noisy neighbors, which I really appreciated Value for the money-we are traveling cross country staying at Hampton Inns and this one was the most expensive so far and the least nice. The lobby and halls are nice, but the rooms are not.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. A little outdated. Clean & well kept. Complimentary breakfast is good. Nice staff.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Rooms were cleaned beddings Look cleaned.breakfast selection was limited not alot of selection Walls to thin can hear the neighbors, shower knobs were to hard to turn on.

Clean quiet and staff was very helpful!

The only issue was the elevator not working, other than that everything was good.

Great Pet Fee was pretty High for one very small very well behaved dog.
