Breakfast was good, same as location Ice machine on 1 st and3 rd floor didn’t work

Nothing. You cant even get a hold of this hotel to talk to anyone. They still charge you fees even after not getting to talk to anyone.

1st floor requested but of course not honored. Sent to top 4th floor

Everything about this Hampton Inn is typically high Hilton quality. It does abut the highway, I10, so not exactly a quiet room. Check in was friendly, prompt and efficient, and the rooms appropriate for the price. There is a waiver that says if you bring a pet, you will pay for extra cleaning if required, so I do think $75 to have a medium dog in the room for one night is a bit excessive, but I am sure that pets do on occasion create a nightmare of clean up.

Our room was clean the pool and the Jacuzzi were also clean and had available towels. Breakfast was so so.

Room was clean but A/C ran entire night.

A special shout-out to Anna at the front desk, who was great about getting us some extra towels and even loaned us a corkscrew when we needed one. Those little things definitely make a difference! The breakfast was also well stocked with plenty of options. My only complaint—and the reason for four stars instead of five—was the lack of a dresser or drawers in the room. There was just a small cubby area with a couple of pull-out baskets, which was a little odd if you actually want to unpack your clothes. Luckily, we were only there for two nights, so it wasn't a major issue. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
