It's old so the floors are squeaky and toilet very small.

Very unique bnb. Great location. Our dog loved running in the fenced yard.

Paid for a 2 night stay,had to leave after the first night-not refunded for 2nd night we were unable to stay

Great hospitality, home cooked breakfast and comfortable room. Checks off all the boxes. Strongly recommend this accommodation over a generic chain place. Just note there are stairs :not a lot).

My husband and I travel to Cruces once a month just for an overnight trip for shopping and dinner. We usually stay at one of the chain hotels, but this time we found Lundeen Inn of the Arts. The property is absolutely beautiful! It’s an older home with fantastic architecture. The entire place has art displayed everywhere. The dining room is gorgeous, and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the Georgia O’Keefe room which was perfect! My husband and I slept wonderfully and sound. It was comfortable, and quiet. The room was also spotless!! Lydia, who checked us in, is an absolute sweetheart! Very kind, and personable. The breakfast was delicious!!! I cannot find one negative thing to say about this amazing place, and we will be staying there every time we’re in Cruces!! I cannot think of one thing!

This property checks the boxes if you like to avoid hotels and get a one of a kind stay. This Inn is an old hacienda, in a great location near the Saturday Main Street Market. Each room is unique and vibe was local and lovely.

Lydia, the Innkeeper, is extraordinary. She helped me out of a very rough spot, going well above the call of duty, was friendly, warm, competent. Thank you, Lydia! I got into a car accident trying to find the place! There is no sign on the street, my GPS said I was there, but there is no direct driveway. Very unfortunate.

Unexpectedly lovely. Well cared for, located close to university, quiet..the breakfast was wonderful. Very good quality for the cost. Thank you Lydia Need one more garbage can in the room…minor issue

The entire experience I enjoyed everything

It is kind of funky but not in an overwhelming way. Lydia met us cause we were late, and could not have been sweeter. Love the cats!! If I have to say something - the TV could have been bigger.
