I got a suite for a decent price, I didn’t have to pay for parking Only one of the electrical outlets in my room worked without having to unplug something, none of the ice or soda machines worked when I tried to use them and my key never opened the pool I had to go find an employee every time I wanted to use it, there was a fridge but no microwave to make food or heat up leftovers in

The pool was hotter than the 118 degree weather and full of pine needles and debris and whatnot. Only 1 ice machine was working, which I had to walk for 7 minutes in the heat to get to and back to our room. The room was was we expected. My daddy always told me.... "you get what you pay for". I would consider it fairly ghetto with the peeps hanging around and the cleanliness of the rooms, coupled by the lack of working ice machines in the 118 degrees Nevada heat. Do not recommend unless you are down and out, without children, and need a place to lay your head that may or may not have need bugs.... and Bingo was fun and the Denny's was newer with great service and a burger and fries for 10 bucks.

The room was dirty, but they have a coffee pot & refrigerator in room. The bigger suites are the same price as the other rooms. The room had base boards coming apart and dirty carpet. Expedia is way cheaper to book thru

The one lady who worked Saturday evening, and Sunday morning. She needs to have customer service training. She's very rude, and too much comes out of her mouth that she shouldn't be saying, to customers. (I MUST SAY) WHO SHOULD GET A RAISE INCREASE)? The gentleman (heavy caucasian man) around 3:00 p.m. I came back and asked him to call a taxi for me. I went to order me some chicken wings. He came out of his way to tell me, that the taxi was on his way. He went over, out, and above to help me. HE MADE MY DAY! ❤️ THAT'S WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO LOOK LIKE! I WILL ALWAYS GIVE THIS HOTEL A GREAT STOUT OUT OF KINDNESS, BECAUSE OF THIS GENTLEMAN. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN A PERSON'S GOING THROUGH ARE THE SITUATION THEY MAY BE IN. I THINK GOD THAT DAY THAT THIS GENTLEMAN, TOOK TIME OUT, TO SEE ABOUT ME. MY BACK WAS AGAINST THE WALL, MY FLIGHT DIDN'T LEAD TO 11:45 P. M. THAT NIGHT, AND I HAD NOWHERE ELSE TO GO. SCARED AND NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. HE BECAME MY HERO, RESCUE, MY HELP OUT OF A BAD SITUATION. THANKS SO MUCH. FOR MAKING MY DAY. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. ❤️

horrible hotel. had a dead roach in the bathroom. Lobby full of smoke, so heavy that I was getting a headache while checking in. Old , poor maintained and extremely dirty hotel. Security guy working there was nice though and helped me with caring my heavy bag up a flight of stairs. only positive thing out of this stay - everything else a nightmare.
