Quick and efficient, worth the price if the stay within my budget.

Passable

The room itself was disgusting. The floors were caked with dirt and looked like they had not been properly cleaned. In the master bedroom, there was a red substance splattered on the wall, which was very disturbing. The bed only had a sheet on it with no comforter or proper bedding. The condition of the room, combined with how unsafe the property felt, made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. I was genuinely scared to sleep there. This was far below what I expected from a hotel stay, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Everytime I check into a suite here it is very hot and the air conditioner takes a very long time to cool down a room. I had to depart early as I couldnt stand a very hot room I checked into this week as i felt very sweaty it was that bad.

Overcharged for the crappiest room. Sheets only. No covers, just sheets. This place might get good reviews for the casino but the hotel is garbage.

Homeless people hanging out on opposite side of the hotel who would walk back and forth from the 7-Eleven nearby. Pool was out of order on a holiday weekend. Staff worked with me on making things better. Pool eventually opened-up.

I asked to have roomed clean due to coffee spill and no one ever showed up. Service is poor

This has to be the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vegas. The room was really big and clean, think I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Vegas.

Well, upon arrival me and three other couples were booked into the same room so that made it awkward. Then we all had to walk the property again to get it straightened out. The guy at the front desk was just so rude about it. It was sad really The rooms are way super garage sale motif it literally look like all the furniture came out of a garage sale. The whole suite smelled like somebody had been cleaning up blood. I’m not kidding. I had the copper smell to it. It was loud very rambunctious individuals the advertisement for it is very misleading.

The beds did not have blankets just sheets. The rooms smelled like marijuana and there was a lot of sketchy people around the parking lot and hotel. On a positive note there was usually hotel security vehicles constantly watching the facility.

The room is dirty. There’s stuff all over the walls. The staff don’t even answer the front desk telephone they do not provide breakfast or anything like that. They’re an air conditioning is very poor for the suite or anything with two rooms.

AC worked very well. Bed was comfortable although the dresser could have been put in a better place to give more space for walking through.

I walked into the room and both tv's were on and the windows coverings were open to anyone on the ground floor to look inside. There were no blankets in the room. The phone was filthy and when I tried to call room service to get blankets it kept giving me an error signal. I called from my cel phone and went through an automated request system. I let them know my room number and that I needed 2 blankets. They confirmed the request and "would be on their way". Never came. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a trailer park. I woke up the next morning thinking at least I will get a hot shower, no. I had to stand on the side of the tub and give myself a spit bath because I could only pull the nozel straight back - it was too hot to touch. I had to fill up the ice bucket with water from the sink so I could cool off the water in the tub. The sink had no pressure so it took a while. I spent over $120 on this room and will NEVER go back to this hotel again. Ever.

Had a clean room & very good price. Especially like the front desk staff. All were very friendly & helpful.
