We always enjoy ourselves when staying here.. it is centrally located to all of the outside shopping areas and has a variety of shops and restaurants.. Can’t wait to visit again

Great place to stay! Hotel has amazing architectural features. Rooms are great and clean. Pricing was amazing too! One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while.

The room was VERY CLEAN....more so than many hotels no matter what star-rating. Staff was kind and helpful. Practically everything you may need is within the property. Restaurants, entertainment, etc. are under roof...no need to go out after a long day away.

Beds aren’t comfortable. You can hear everything in rooms close to you. AC has a limit of 68 degrees, and is clearly not reading correctly. Room felt like 73 and couldn’t adjust the temp due to the lock. I won’t be staying here again. If you understand what you’re getting it could be worth the cost but no where near the ratings it has.

5 nite stay wouldn't cancel Friday night, Wednesday at noon. Non smoking room, didn't smell like it. AC didn't work good enough for me

Our room looked refreshed, the beds and bedding were comfortable.

We had to check out early and the hotel manager would not work with us for a refund or credit on future stays.
