Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall

The hotel room was clean I didn't spend much time in the casino but I had a good experience.

Hadn’t stayed at Sam’s for a couple years. Pleasantly surprised at upgrades to the hotel and casino. Very clean and comfortable.

The floor staff is always trying to be helpful and do a great job but when you're talking about cashier, gaming or money related concerns its a different attitude and it helps to have some good proof of your claim so watch what passes thru your hands.

The hotel lost my reservation so I had to spend more money to rebook

We have stayed here about 4 times now & will definitely come back again. Rooms are always so clean!

Very clean and nice

Always wanted to stay there with park view to people watch, but the abundance of trees fills the view. There was little activity down there and maybe it was just the time of day and my extreme exhaustion but I felt the park view was a bust. I'll never understand having such a lovely room and putting such dim bulbs in it so that the environment is more sterile than cozy. Lovely room and tremendous facility overall with Walmart right across the hwy and their bowling alley fulfilled my people watching.. Would stay again for sure with an outside room to light things up. Whole staff was eager to please

Good stay for us

There was a man at the front desk who was very rude and seemed annoyed that I had questions about the property.

I was told at check-in, my room would be attended to on the second day of my stay. It wasn't, I was gone about 4 hours and returned. I asked the maid, as she was still on the floor. She had no idea what I was talking about.

I like that you’re out of the strip and have all the accommodations even a movie theater in case you take your kids a good place to go gambling relax
