Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Boulder Highway

We reserved through Expedia. On our travel we experienced car trouble. We were on the side of the road in Lake Havasu City. Tried to cancel the reservation with the Motel 6 location. My call was answered by a prompt that gave me someone to talk to. She asked for my confirmation number. In the end she could not help and said to call Expedia. No one answered from Expedia. Long story short, I paid Motel 6 but did not stay there.

No breakfast and location is convenient for me The sheets wasnt changed only two towels floor wasnt mopped

They charged me the room rate and then they hit me a 60.00 deposit, and no towels at all.

Well other then the unexpect despoit of 6000 great. nothing went bad good stay room 139 .fg.

A/C wasn't working. My other half and I totally eaten by Bed bugs. And they refused to work with us.

I was literally robbed for my booking fee by this company. Been here numerous times, when I arrived yesterday they said they are now charging a security deposit, I advised I wouldn't have booked if I knew that. No manager on site to help, came back the next day and the manager refused to reimburse me. Will never stay at this property again, hopefully they go bankrupt.

No one was bothered by my 2 dogs

budget hotel so some folk could get a shot at the money in this country.so this is a great stay clean quiet comfortable a great buy. as for several just look at my profile some of are listed thank you freddie gardner from the USA bye.
