Boulder Station Hotel and Casino

Location was perfect for what I was there for. Room was nice and checkin staff great. Only issue at the casino was me losing a bunch on slots!!!! The slots are tight as hell!!!! Poker room was good though.

We arrived less than an hour to check in, but they wanted to charge for being early. We had driven 8 hours to get there and it was our fault for being early. Considering it wasn’t busy, a gesture of customer service would have been nice to let us in our room a few minutes early. Instead we sat in front of the desk until it was 3:00. The lady behind the counter called us over to check in. The ladies in the Starbucks had no sense of urgency when making our drinks over the course of our stay. As we were grabbing our coffee while we were checking out, there were no customers. The ladies were leaning on the counter watching a disruptive woman being escorted by security. We did not get a hello or thank you as they were too engaged in the incident. The security staff working near the elevators were very friendly each time we passed by. Elevators were clean and came quickly with almost no wait.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I was impressed by the staff's friendly attitude and the patience with which they answered all my questions! I recommend it. The price is extremely good for what you get. I would just recommend having an electric kettle in the room so guests can make their own coffee or tea, since I understand it’s the hotel’s policy not to provide such appliances, which I find a bit puzzling. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Room was very nice. The parking garage was closed. It would have been nice to know about the closure in advance because the parking garage is safer than the outside parking lot.
