Boulder Station Hotel and Casino

I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room, but it was deal breaker. Staff was helpful, check in/out was a breeze. It’s not the Ritz but overall a good value and it was a good home base for my Vegas itinerary. I would stay here again.

Great staff and hotel stayy

This was our first time at the hotel it was clean and cozy we ate at the sport bar and the food was delicious. The staff were great the room was excellent. Will be staying there again.

Second time staying at Boulder Station hotel, highly recommended to others, I like the fact that has everything you need in one spot, there is Casino, few different restaurants, nice pool, shopping stores and a theater, last time was able to see new Superman movie while staying at this hotel. This place is nice and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended to others !!

Front desk was helpful when i check in

Won’t let you check in before 3:00 unless you pay an extra $33. which tells me there’s rooms ready and available but not unless you pay. So stuck in casino for 4-hours while we waited on our room. Entire system went down, machines, cash, all of it had to wait for IT to fix it and the staff ( 2 men) were running to to give payouts. One guy waited over 1.5 hours with over $100 on his machine but had to leave for work so walked away from it. Not to worry though there were an abundance of scammers waiting to stand by the machines and claim the funds as their own. Finally get to the room and there’s a big 4” clump of hair under the bathroom vanity…after cleaning up we headed back downstairs, warning if you’re subject to a high level of sensory overload, this place is one to avoid. Machines are crazy loud, over that is the music on the loudspeaker and the music playing from the guest entertainment which sits about center of the casino. Do. Not recommend and will never go back!

The Casino was great the food was great

First we had to pay resort fees that were not included in the booking. I would’ve stayed elsewhere if I knew the price I paid didn’t cover everything. The room smelled so we bought air freshener and plug ins to help. The shower drained really slow and eventually stop draining. They did come and fix that while we went to dinner. We also had to go to the front desk for towels. Our reservations stayed 4 people and there were only 2 towels. The beds were super uncomfortable. Will not stay here again. The plus was the wonderful elevator monitors who were very friendly and welcoming. They should train the front desk people to more like them. We joked with those people daily.

Amenities are good, and there are no concerns about having to go outside the hotel.

Great property. Clean and well maintained. Only stayed the night while passing through, so didn't play in the casino or use any of the amenities.
