Best Western McCarran Inn

The smell horrible , the Carpet dirty , humedity.

Hot Breakfast.

The hotel is in need of a new shuttle van. Very run down. The right side door is broken and held on by zip ties. I don’t think the hotel had a sign on the van either. The van driver was very nice and we wondered if he ever sleeps because he works often. He’s a very dedicated good employee

Great stay, clean/comfortable rooms, satisfying breakfast, and free parking was included. Great central location too with a quick ride to the strip. Rooms were also quiet at night and was not bothered by the airport.

As a suggestion, they could remove the wall that divides the dining area. Breakfast is good.

Don’t let outsiders put stuff under the people’s door. We order from the one that was pushed under our door it was nasty and they took them 1 1/2 hours to get here and charge us $15.00 for delivery

Clean safe room

There was a nice selection of food for breakfast. The room was comfortable. The a/c worked well. Good blackout curtains. Staff was helpful. Parking convenient.

The room was clean. There’s toiletries only lacking was the toothpaste. I like the breakfast buffet. There are many choices, can’t eat everything. One more thing I like is the free airport transportation. They’ll pick you up from the airport going to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport free of charge. I’ll book again next time. The staff are great!! Thank you so much!!

No hot water...no credit offered

Amelia assisted me with check in. She was extremely professional. She was very personable and had a great sense of humor. She needs to be commended. She's the kind of employee most employers would enjoy having on board.

Great location, easy parking and great staff

The location was perfect for a quick stop in Las Vegas. Breakfast was not to bad. Wish they had fresh waffles, fruit was nice. As a Best Western member I thought there would be more. It worked out in the end. Shuttle was ok we had to sit out in the heat to wait for it 105 was a little much.

Free parking which was a big bonus for us. The laundry machine saved our lives too as we were on a massive road trip Bit of a stale smell on our floor, but may have just been the man smell that comes from the gym

The place is fols if tou need to be cloae to the airport. Try to call them for arrival to confirm the shuttle.

Older looking outside, Very nice inside!

We just stayed for 1 night to catch a flight but it was a good experience

Very clean room the staff were very very helpful and the breakfast was really good so really enjoyed our stay there thank you.
